Shilla Stay Guro - Guro Digital Complex Station

Breakfast was good - variety of fresh foods at the reasonable price

It is clean and close to metro. The staff was efficient in handling requests.

The space is too small.

Location

Getting old

very clean

noticed smelly (bathroom odor) lounge sometimes

Excellent location. Beautiful room and view. Absolutely nothing to complain.

Very Safe. This was my second stay here. Staff is friendly and helpful. The subways are near walkable distance. There are convenience stores near the hotel. The airport bus is also few minutes walk.

Breakfast bar and the location

The color of interior, black and dim light and the bedroom layout. Room is very small.

Nice large room.

Tiles were cracked in the bathroom. Slight smell of mold in the bathroom. Floor has crack around the room.

This property is close to Subway number two where you can access to almost all the places of interest in Seoul. Meanwhile, the bakery in the neighbourhood and the restaurant in the neighbourhood are all very convenient as well as the pricing is very reasonable and I can tell it is economic the building itself I mean the hotel they have the café. The restaurant is second floor IMA fitness on the 21st to floor is good to use.

The only one saying that I realize is the carpet in the lobby and also show the hallway. There’s a lot of Wing clothes because in North America the Winco after the carpet and my trip the senior so this might be something that Hotel could think about.

The room is small for 3 adults. Fortunately, we all petites and only has 1 small carry-on each person.

Near a subway station.

The property was beautiful, clean, and at a great location

Some of the staff is extremely rude and should practice interacting with your foreign guests. We didn’t appreciate the constant attitude or being ignored when we tried to practice our Korean.

Clean, modern, friendly staff, closed to bus station to reach the airport

very good staff and breakfast

location , a little far way from our tours meeting points

We loved the room sizes, and modern feel. Ella was incredible, she helped instruct us on how to book another night

The breakfast could improve

good breakfast , room , staff and building

we had minor issues with ac

The front dest gave us an excellent service, especially Chloe, chowon lim and kim.

Location. Near Airport (Airport bus stop 300 m away) Near subway line that reach to many tourist places.

The facilities are a bit beat-up. You can see some traces where some things were lightly fixed. The carpets in the hallways were wrinkled.

Room was clean and location was perfect. Breakfast was good good to. It was worthy to stay for any activities.

Room size was not that big but it was okay over all.

The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in a little early. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of foods to suit anyone’s liking including a fancy coffee machine which made cappuccinos. It was easy to get to from the subway and a convenience store was located next door.
