Hotel Infini

The room was small but very comfortable. The bed was good. The shower facilities were terrific.

I couldn't get my in room air to work properly

We had a wonderful view of Lotte tower from the window and were on a high floor. We were here for the new year fireworks which were cancelled, but enjoyed our stay anyway. Comfortable beds Close to buses and right outside subway line 9 Seokchon Gobun exit 4

I don’t like the glass doors on the toilet and shower.

Hotel Infini offers excellent lodging for a great price in the heart of Seoul. The location was so convenient just steps away from Sukcheon Gobun station, with delicious and diverse options for dining in every direction. The cleaning staff made up our room with attention to detail when we needed it. The furnishings are typical of mid-range hotels across South Korea and, though a wee bit worn if one looks very closely, were in good condition and totally comfortable.

No improvement needed. Thank you for excellent service.

The location is quite close to the metro and the convenice store which is more helpful for first time travellers.

The rooms could be a little bit more sound proof.

Great neighborhood near Lotte World. Grocery store, DAISO, laundry, and many dinning options available within walking distance of the hotel. Staff helpful.

Room was small and did not offer much space to move around the bed. Bathtub was large but not properly secured to the bathroom floor.

The system to control the lights was not that intuitive. Small toilet, overall room was a bit small. Hard to store suitcases.

Comfortable stay. Room is spacious. Was able to sleep soundly. Staff are accommodating. Nearby train station and bus stop. Good view from the window can see the Lotte tower

Very small rooms, same as bathroom. No space for two person in a standard room.

Very clean,daily housekeeping and water bottles every day and close to everything ,walking distance .

Aircon did not work for us

Best location where we want to go but not good location for good quality restaurants that area it could be there but no guide from hotel or leftlets what to do or can do for guest on holidays. Receptions should be speaks English fluently for better communication to the guests. Thanks

Location and bathtub in the room only

Outdated hotel infrastructure and lack of cleaning care, also out of the little window available. You could not open it due to pigeons solid excrement in a huge quantity also dangerous for breathing. And mold in the bathroom

Clean room and friendly staff. Located extremely close to subway station and walking distance to a major tourist area.

I wish the rooms were connected with a door like you see in some other hotels.

-valuable price. -electronic toilet is good.-free car park-very near to subway exit-many restaurants around, and some of them are 24 hours.-water temperature and pressure is good (shower)-room clean everyday and good.

-the hotel confirmed me to provided 2 rooms near to each other, however, it was not, and gave us 2 rooms on different floor.-the shower will splash water outside even the door is completely closed.-only provide one key card and need to return to front desk when go out.

Was close to lotte world

Room was small and bed wasn’t comfortable.

The room was pretty small but it was practical. A very big thumbs up for the guy from the reception that helped us with a lot of details.

Rooms are very small, just bad and small window.But bathroom was huge, enjoyed hot bath every day.I'm absolutely happy with price ?

The room was dirty and the air conditioning was down throughout our stay. It was humid in the room and dusty.

The hotel location is very close to the subway station. The room was small as expected but it was clean and comfortable. There were free drinking water bottles and instant coffee in the room. Wi-Fi signal was good. Daily room service was in normal standard. The staff was helpful and offered an early check in when the room was available. The view of lotte tower from the room window was beautiful. The price was reasonable.

The hotel was far form the center of Seoul. It took 50-60 minutes by train. There was a smoke smell in the elevator. The twin room had no bathtub and the bathroom and toilet doors were quite clear so it was not private.
