Delight Hotel Jamsil

The hotel is located near the Bangi food street, a lot of choices for the food but some restu doesn't have english menu, it is also near to lotte and the lake. There's a lot of metro station nearby. The room is clean and the size is perfect. Heated floor and even my bes has a heater. The laundry is free just ask the laundry soap in the reception.

The bed was comfortable, and the size was okay.

The room was dirty, there was a used q-tip on the floor next to my bed, also the bed frame was full of oily hand prints and there was some food/drink stains on the wall near the bed, it kinda made me not wanna touch anything in the room. The hotel is also very loud because its facing a party street and all the screams and music can be heard from the room, the street often also smells like sewage so if you try to keep the window open, your room will also smell like sewage.

The location was great, close to transport, close to food. Close to Lotte tower/world. Staff was really good and helpful. Upon arrival the room that was allocated to us was to small to accommodate our bags. It was a very beautiful room, bathroom was bigger than the size of the room itself. We had to upgrade to accommodate two normal size bags, which then cost us extra.Breakfast was a strange affair, you had to book the day before, you were given three time options, there was no choice of what you had. Breakfast was set on a platter in your allocated seat before you got there.Bed was huge.Take sugar sachets with you as they are not easily available.

Trying to remember that there was stairs between the bed and the bathroom, that did not have full railings all the way.There was no way you could have a light turned on downstairs and someone trying to sleep upstairs in the bedroom.

Booked hotel for proximity to KSPO Dome. Bed and pillows comfortable. Shower was strong and hot. Near cafes, restaurants and kombinis. Around 20-25 minute walk to airport bus stop at Exit 5 Jamsil station. Close to the metro. Staff were ok, not particularly friendly but provided assistance as needed.

Room could do with fresh paint/wallpaper. Blind had a broken piece. Entrance area to room was dark, apparently that's how it is but I didn't like the gloom. Since close to restaurants and pubs, could occasionally hear the revelry but nothing excessive.

Located close to Bangi-dong Food Street and Lotte building, it's convenient.

The bathtub cannot be completely drained, which makes the room partially damp.

This is the third time we stay at this hotel. We always stay in the duplex units, which are quite comfortable. Location is superb, a few blocks away from Lotte Tower, so lots of restaurants, cafés, malls and other attractions nearby, plus close access to metro stations and bus stops, makes it easy to move around town. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They implemented an awesome kiosk system for ordering food directly from your room (I don't know if other hotels have a similar thing lately, this is the first time I see it anywhere).

There are two reasons why I don't give it a higher rating:1. Breakfast is a set menu, not a buffet. Although most times it is a good quality set, a few times you may get something that is not of your liking and you have no more choices. It can also become repetitive if you're on a longer stay. 2. Every time we've stayed, the air conditioning, although working, does not respond to the settings you chose, it seems like centrally controlled and you cannot modify its settings.

Good central location in relation to public transportation. Close to the Olympic Park, Lotte World Mall, and food avenue. The room included a table for placing food delivery orders which was very convenient. Bed was comfortable and the free laundry facility helped since we packed light for this trip. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff was very thorough every day. This hotel is a great value.

The location is walking distance to Lotte Tower, once you come out on the main strip between all the restaurants and bars you have a great view of that tall building. And as just mentioned, you're right in the middle of all of the restos and bars, etc. Multiple walking routes to get to the nearest metros, which, either one can be reached on foot within five to ten minutes. The room was private and cleaning service was attentive.

My only detractor is that front desk staff could be a bit friendlier. Sometimes in entering or leaving I'd greet the woman at the counter in Korean, and she didn't say anything in response. No complaint for the cafe host, he was very helpful when I needed food reheated.

The location is amazing within walking distance to the Lotte tower and many great restaurants.

No view and room was a little small.

I recently stayed at this hotel and encountered a bit of an issue at the front desk. One of the young ladies on the afternoon-to-evening shift seemed unaware of my booking made via Booking.com. She insisted on charging extra for an additional person (my child), which was quite unexpected. Also not really helping when we're complaining about the Aircond temp that can't be setup. Her demeanor didn't seem very attentive or welcoming, which was disappointing.

Staff is friendly and multi-language; there is a food delivery app that you can easily use which is super convenient for foreigners who won’t able to create app account; great location - a lot of restaurants around and easy access to the subway

It was close to public transport options, and the food alley nearby offered plenty of food options

Wasn't exactly a tourist friendly area and was more for locals. I was definitely out of place. The room was also small and needed maintenance, it looks like it had just been patched up and made to look pretty.

Located in a nice neighbourhood! Staff was super friendly. Every morning we got a nice breakfast. Bed was comfortable and the bathtub was nice.

Overall the hotel was okay but I feel like it was falsely advertised. We booked a room with street view and a hottub but the room had neither. We only had one tiny window and even in the middle of the day there was no natural light. We also had no closet (as was advertised aswell). Definitely not a bad place to stay but not true to expectations.

1. I asked second blanket for my toddler. And I was asked for payment. Really? You can't give a blanket for free? Poor!2. Place for the bed not good. The window not closing very good and the wind blow your head

Conveniently located near KSPO Dome, just a subway ride away. Plus a lot of good restaurants near the place. Great for age groups of 20-40s. Plus the price is just right.

The location is great if one has activities planned around the Lotte World area.

Personally I didn't like the duplex suite because the window was closed with a large white sheet. However, the staff were very kind and changed my room to a deluxe suit which was thankfully available.

The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. Location was excellent for the price. Bus station, subway and restaurants as well as shopping mall all near by. I would definitely stay here again.
