Everything “almost “

It was all good until I have been strongly recommended by the hotel concierge to eat in a restaurant, later that night couldn’t sleep due to food poisoning. I was expecting someone can help by calling medical services or guidance to a foreign person to what can be offered to his condition at that night after several calls but no it’s not really what they do.

Very clean and high standard as usual

The location is close to the palace, but far from other common shopping attractions, high end shopping strip or medical centers.

We enjoyed the hospitality and amenities that were provided, especially during the turndown service.

The food took a while to come out at Maru for breakfast and dinner. The service was great, though.

In anyway perfect

I had a Club room with breakfast at the club but was not able to try the normal buffet without being charged extra

I had an incredible stay at the Four Seasons Seoul. The location is amazing close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. The staff are extremely kind and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure every detail is perfect. The room itself was very spacious, beautifully designed, and comfortable. I especially loved the turndown service, where they left cute eye masks that made the experience even more thoughtful and personal.The service throughout my stay was flawless, everyone was so helpful and welcoming.

Honestly, I can’t think of a single negative point. Everything was perfect from start to finish.

Some awkward layout for the rooms, not enough closet space or drawers.Awkward restaurant reservation making process and room service ordering on line using room iPad needs to be improved or completely changed. Buttom line; Needs better IT dept.

Food in club is not good for Muslim peoples ، because the food is not diverse

What can I say? It’s the four seasons. We booked to reward ourselves at the tail end of a S Korea trip. Everything from the service, to the clean rooms, the glorious shower and bathtub, and comfy beds, it was all impeccable!! A little of a splurge but absolutely no regrets. Also very centrally located, and short walk to the subway station.

We enjoyed the restaurants. The gym, as well as the general atmosphere and room, was complete.

Concierge service, for four seasons, was a disaster. The reception staff was not lovely, cold and poorly trained to deal with customers.

Helpfulness of staff - especially Nami who displayed incredible customer service in walking my wife and I around the corner to locate the correct charging device for our phone. Outstanding service.

7 emails leading up to my stay expressing how much the hotel was looking forward to our stay. There is no personal touch in such emails - ‘we can’t wait for you to join us’ etc is so false. Suggest you restrict to one or two max?

Absolutely perfect! Epic view from the room and great amenities.The swimming pool is really nice (provide swimming caps and goggles!).The staff was incredible as well. The concierge even helped us to book a last minute train ticket to busan.Perfect stay and staff!

The smell, the staff, the menu, the gym and the wonderful room

The service provided by the staff is exceptional, characterized by their friendliness. The restaurants offer a remarkable dining experience, complemented by top-notch facilities and an outstanding spa.

The 'speakeasy' bar was a very disappointing experience. Too busy. Too pretentious. Poor quality drinks.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and son. Everything was wonderful. Unfortunately, our 11-year-old son caught a severe cold. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful. A kind young lady from the reception accompanied us to the pharmacy and helped us get the necessary medication. Additionally, the hotel provided free transportation so we could visit a doctor. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about us. We would like to express our sincere gratitude once again to the Four Seasons hotel and its amazing team.

The reception is very respectful. The room was clean, tidy and convenient. Big wardrobe in the room. All dishes in the room were clean.Great system of in-room dining where you make order via an iPad installed in the room. Also very quick.All meals are very delicious. The location is also very nice.Please keep up the great work!

At the reception during the check-in procedure they ask for a CREDIT card. For some reason the debit card is not good enough. I am not obliged to own a credit card.
