The location was great. Very close to bus to the airport. The breakfast was fantastic.

The room was a bit small. Not a lot of space to put luggage.

The staff are friendly, the room is clean and spacious, and the place is very convenient and walking distance to our conference venue (COEX), the airport limoudine bus terminal, malls, restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores.

Only buffet breakfast is available.

Staff was kind and beds were cleaned. Convenient location if you are going to use Airport Limousine bus.

1. Air conditioning is separate module in ceiling and it makes both cool and heat. This noise cannot makes me sleep. I turned off middle of winter night. 2. Air purifier(or sanitizer) has sudden beeping sound in a middle of night so turned off. Actually this air purifier wasn't working at all.3. Hallway has some bump near elevators and room so it was hard to roll over the bags.4. Bathroom shower doesn't have shower curtain so all water spilled over and make wet floor. It seems okay but splash made clothes wet.5. Shampoo was too manly smell.

LocationThe hotel has a very convenient location. It offers easy access to Coex Mall and Samseong Subway Station, making it simple to get around. There are plenty of food options nearby, including McDonald’s, 7-Eleven, and CU convenience stores. Pharmacies are also everywhere, which is very reassuring for families.AmenitiesFacilities were adequate, though not particularly remarkable compared to other hotels in the same range. Houesekeeping did a very great job for cleaning our room.Like any other hotel, they allow safekeep of luggages while waiting for the room to be ready. Same applies after checking out while waiting for our flight departure.

Staff ExperienceThis was the main disappointment. While polite, the staff did not seem sincere when answering questions. One staff member asked if I wanted to include breakfast at 24,000 won per adult and 12,000 won per child. When I said I would consider, I was told the price would increase to 29,000 won per adult if I didn’t decide immediately. This kind of pressuring tactic felt inappropriate for hospitality.When I asked what was served for breakfast—especially important since I have two picky eater children—the staff couldn’t give a definite answer. To make matters worse, the restaurant was closed at the time, so I couldn’t check it out myself. This lack of clarity and sincerity left me unconvinced about the value of the breakfast option.

Good location and it was quiet, cleaning lady was also super nice and helpful.

The room is very small, only place where i can open my luggage is in front of the door and then it blocks the way to bathroom and outside. You need cash to wash laundry (no coins) and buy the detergent separately from the lobby. The pillows are feather pillows, so after few minutes of using them they become flat pancakes.

We had a great stay due to the good location and appreciated the staff and facilities.

The location was comfortable and easy to find, with convenient access to both buses and the metro. However, I did encounter an issue with the coffee vending machine located in the lobby; it did not accept my Visa card and charged me twice. I recommend being cautious when using this machine.

Nice and very clean room, good location.

The spa is only for male. It would be nice to have it divided for days so that both gebder would be allowed

The hotel was central to everything in Gangnam. They were lot of restaurants and bars near by. It was easy to navigate and get to places.

I had chose this hotel for myself and my wedding guests to stay. The hotel was not accommodating from the start. I called them last year to create a group booking and they told me to just book online. We had 108 guest that would shuttling from hotel Uri& and they said they can’t have shuttles parked out at front. They weren’t helpful and just said no to everything. We also asked if we could use the banquet hall and they said it was closed. So we booked elsewhere, when we got there, all other spaces were closed including the rooftop. They only have a sauna for men and a small gym. Lastly, when we arrived, we asked for our rooms to be group to the same floor, yet this was also an impossible request and all our friends were scattered throughout the 14 floors. To top that.. I had to request for a new clean sheets as the ones had blood and it stunk. This happened to couple of my friends. The Cleaners were nice.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillow is made out of plastic or with a plastic cover it was uncomfortable and sticky

Traveled withb my daughter. We originally booked a twin room but on hindsight felt it was tiny. We asked for another room (deluxe double) which they facilitated the very next day. Way bigger space and more comfortable.

Pillows were too soft (prefer hard ones). The single/twin beds were tiny so best to steer clear of those.

no amenities (toothbrush etc) but minor. also check out later one hour or come earlier cannot facilitate early checkin. will need to pay for that. not first time I hear about it but i am still surprised about how non-personal stay is considered by a hotel to request such a big fee for 1 hour late checkout. even 3 hours late check out has to be payed as a whole day...

Hotel was conveniently located close to the COEX CONVENTION Centre and Mall, and had easy access to transportation.There was an abundance of cafes, restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

There was no breakfast included in the nightly cost. This proved to be inconvenient and costly. The buffet breakfast was USD21 per meal. Thats expensive.

The buffet (breakfast) was top-notch. The hotel is clean and quiet.

I had to cut short my stay. I had a day left on my booking, but the hotel did not allow for refunds.

The location was definitely the best part of staying at Uri. It's a skip away from COEX Mall. And there are many buses that you can catch nearby to go to other parts of Gangnam. The bathroom was spacious.

The room wasn't very spacious. I had two luggage and I couldn't have them both open at the same time. The bed takes up most of the space. The room was a little depressing. It's not the kind of hotel for lounging.

The shower wasn’t have enough water pressure. A bit pricey.

I liked the location :) and the cleanliness of the place! Room was small but very nice ? also the lady that helped me with the laundry down stairs super nice and helpful !

I think the rooms are so small but it’s still do able :)
