Crown Park Hotel Seoul Myeongdong

Staff were very friendly and you were always met with a smile and the staff acknowledged my two young kids and spoke to them also.

The bathroom had a separation from toilet. (Not a wet bathroom)

Location and cleanliness.

Location

Clean, staff are accommodating. East access to shopping center

Location was the best in the heart of Myeondong. Lotte is right across the street from the hotel and we had a nice view, spacious room, and bathroom. Easy walking, distant to night market, shopping, and less food options! Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Our housekeeper is so sweet and friendly.

Although we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the entire facility could be brighter with additional lighting.

ROOM WAS Good, Location was great

There was no seating in Lobby, and staff don't let us eat anywhere, there is no where to sit around with friends on ground floor or 17th lobby. They refused to let us eat our food there while chatting with friends.

Location and staff.

It’s an older building that can use some TLC. Water damage was visible and some of the wall paper was peeling.

close to transportation and everything we wanted to explore by foot & by train

The lobby is not on the first floor, you still have to use the elevator.

LOCATION: IDEAL TO WALK TO MAJOR TOURIST ATTRACTIONBREAKFAST: EXCELLENT WITH MANY WELL-PREPARED DISHES. RESTAURANT MANAGER IS VERY POLITE, FRIENDLY, GREET EVERY MORNING AND GAVE DIRECTIONS TO PLACES WHEN ASKED.

ROOM IS VERY SMALL. CANNOT WALK EASILY TO BED! NO PLACE TO PUT 2 LUGGAGES.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Large bathroom

location only

it was very dirty and the house keeping is very poor. it was always dusty.

location

dirty rooms and bad housekeeping

The location is so great, close to Myeongdong and shopping mall. All staff are so nice. Room is comfortable and clean. Recommended ?

Location and the staff hospitality

The central heating system. It was uncomfortably hot in the room.

We were a group of 10. Since some were elders, the location was perfect for them to walk around and not try and figure out the transit or maps. And the others were able to use the bus/train since it’s conveniently near a couple stops. The staff was kind and courteous, especially Kevin. He made a point to make contact with everyone and make some recommendations. The hotel itself was kept clean and decorated for the season.

There wasn’t anything not to like. If I were to make a suggestion, maybe do a variation of the breakfast every 3 days. Most people probably stay 2-3 night and it may seem redundant if repeated too soon. Otherwise, the food provided was delicious.

Convenient location. Very clean hotel. Staff were very accommodating.

Food at the buffet could be better.

Perfect location across Lotte mall and Myeongdong market. Nice and clean facilities. Good breakfast. The lady who cleaned our room on the 8th floor is amazing!

Rooms were small.

Convenient location. Breakfast was good.Myeongdong just a short walk away.

Bathroom like a wet room. Not enough towels to keep floor dry to prevent slipping. Outlet in bathroom did not work so had to blow dry hair outside

Great location in the mood many tourist spots.

Keys to room kept failing. Got too hot as they turned off air conditioning in November.

Location, staff, and price.

The shower had 1/2 wall so floor would get really wet.
