Great location, good staff.

Poor lighting, no full length mirrors. Breakfast not very good.

Location is very near to a subway exit . Plenty of restaurants nearby.

The room is very badly lit. Lights in the room are dim. The floor was very dirty and caused our feet to be black.

Much mold and rust were found in the bathroom.No shower curtain was in the bathroom.Room temperature setting was not controlled by the guest.Overall, facilities are old.Lifts are slow and need to wait for minutes.For me, not worth staying for the room charge.Photos on the internet seem much nicer than the reality is.

The room was great and the location was awesome. Very comfortable beds.

Soundproofing can be a little bit better and the lift is really really slow so it takes really long to get up and down.

Location is very convenient and there are a lot of restaurants near by hotel and subway and buses and texis

Rooms were not clean - particularly the bathrooms . No shower curtain so shower water went all over bathroom floor. AC was old, noisy and moldy/ musty smelling.Breakfast was terrible

having now a day a room without a window with what I paied is a crime, and specially without any notice.staff is ok but this is a 2 star hotel worth 30US$ a night.

The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful, easy check in/out. the location is central so we could walk, use the subway and take a taxi easily. bed is good too!

Good location in Gangnam. Luxurious furnishing with a great view.

The hotel needs some money spending on it. The basin was badly cracked for example.

Hotel's location was really convenient. It made commuting around Seoul via Bus or Train very easy.Breakfast was REALLY GOOD! There were a decent amount of western and local options.

Front Desk staff, specifically the manager, kept telling us NO. They were very inflexible. We requested for more towels because our room wasn't cleaned in 3 days, and they only gave us 1 towel. When we asked for more, they told us no. There were 3 of us staying in the room. They also told us no when we asked for an extra room key, we can only have 1. It was also hard to request to have our room cleaned. Even on days when we asked the front desk, they would still forget and we would have to follow up in the afternoon.

Staff were excellent. Room smelled like smoked. They changed room for us.

Still smell wasn't that much better. Next storage room. It was noisy through the night from maintenance team.

bathroom was not cleaned well enough (stains on the wall, dirty corners). there was leftover water in the cattle from another guest. the coffee table had sticky marks. the room temperature was super warm and could only be regulated by turning on the ac - seems like a waste of electricity. cleaning staff blocked off the slow main elevator - although they have a separate staff elevator right next to it. no value for money - it was okay, but wouldn’t stay here again.

it was not hygienic. cleaning was done in rush and no mopping. it felt really dirty everywhere

There was mold growing under/around the bathtub

- they literally make you wait till 3 pm to check in. I arrived 230pm and was told check is at 3. Very unusual. Staff is purely by the books and do not much "care" about guests. - rooms are small.- bathroom was mouldy and dirty. Stains, dust, rust, hair all around.- no proper wardrobe for your clothes just a tiny spot.

Very good location just around 200 m from Sinnonhyeon station (But the footpath has a slope, a bit difficult for luggages), Friendly and helpful staffs.

When i ask for making up the room, they didn't changed the bedsheet for us. During a prime time period, the elevator is quite slow.

The bathtub was shaky and the shower head kept tilting upwards. There were streaks of stain on the wall near the bin in the bathroom. I had to remind the front desk at least twice to replenish the complementary teabags. The shower gel is insufficient for both of us. The single bed is too hard for comfort.
