The cleanest hostel that I have been to, everything was well maintained.

I wish the bed were a king instead of two singles next to each other because the frames made it impossible to push them together all the way, but for the price not a big deal.

Absolutely nothing. I left after 2 hours

The fridge was dirty and smelled of rot, I nearly vomited. Bath towels were basically large kitchen towels. TV did not work, and it was advertised to work. There was a complimentary can of bug spray in the room, meaning there would be bugs in the room. The staff disappeared shortly after I checked in, could not find a way to ask for help or information

Location was good and staff was great.

The facility is run down - there were mysterious stains on the wall. The smell coming from the drain was unpleasant. The staff clearly ties to keep things clean but the room needed a serious makeover.

I am a wheelchair user and asked if the hotel was wheelchair accessible. I was assured there was an elevator, however to reach the elevator, there was a ramp that was too steep to access via wheelchair.

Small space, no bed sheets, mouldy, very dark corridor at night, no shower space, difficult for baggages

Location is very convenient, nearby to airport bus stop and metro station, & got elevator. Bed enough for decent night sleep/rest, room not very spacious but adequate, facility for laundry & simple meal prep. I was allowed to enter my room early - thankful to the staff for this.

Walls are quite thin, can hear the sounds from neighbouring rooms - voices talking/laughing, hairdryer on. Make sure you have earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Towels provided are small - not body sized - works for the purpose of drying, i guess. Be careful as the warm water may suddenly turn cold during shower.

Central, clean, everything necessary was there, helpful staff.

Pros: our room got upgraded from a female dorm to twin bed private room, this was really appreciated! We also were allowed to check in earlier than 3pm. This place is also super central, overlooking one of the palaces - this was the best part!

Cons: someone rang on our room doorbell at 6:30AM, not sure if it was staff or another guest.

Location

The bed was different from what was shown on the booking.com page. No space for a shower. The room was like a passage/corridor. Poor cleanliness!! Disappointed

The location is great! Deoksugung Palace is right across the street. Only one stop away from Seoul Station. My key was left for me at the front desk, so it was really easy to check in. Little interaction needed with the staff!

The bed was SO uncomfortable. It was really hard and uneven, so I had difficulty falling and staying asleep. I would not stay here again because of the poor quality of sleep.

It’s a bit tricky to find but it’s in an excellent location
