Location was the best. The bakery under the hotel is great. Lots of staffs to help you. If you have any problems or needs. It's most likey to be solved. Love 5 stars quality service! Food was great at club lounge.

Cleaner broke my eyeshadows and pretended like it didnt happen. But hotel staff reacted very well for this. I was afraid of the size of the room but it was bigger than i expected and would love to go back.

The location was perfect, the times I ate at the restaurants was excellent, and the staff helped with questions and assisting me to go where I wanted

The location of the hotel was excellent, and the hotel was clean. The staff we met were friendly.

The hotel did not accept credit cards with a chip instead of a magnetic strip, so we had to pay cash. Also, the staff in the breakfast room seemed a bit harried and unprepared.

Location, airport shuttle, quick cleaning service.

The restaurant prices are outrageously high.

Wonderful, gracious people- front desk, concierge, bellman. Great suggestions on restaurants, sites. Front desk & concierge fluent English. They were incredibly eager to resolve small issue completely. Location superb. Attractive lobby. Bathroom great

Space age styled room was a little tight. Well configured & efficient, but not roomy. It was a warm period in winter- couldn't get air flow without heat. Luckily, windows open enough to do the trick.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel location couldn't be better! The staff was very friendly.

The only thing I did not like were the pricey hotel restaurants.

The location, staff, and amenities were great. There was free wifi and it was close to the subway for easy transit.

The room itself is nice with technologically advanced amenities but the room is way to small to be considered a 5 star. The room just barely fit the bed.

Swimming pool is excellent. Good auto parking spaces.

when I got the room I couldn't open my luggages in the very small room. Second day, hotel gave me the other room it was little bit larger but very dark so changed the other room again.Average Room size are much smaller than the other 5 star hotels.

Smells amazing as soon as you walk through the front door. Nicely crafted materials used throughout the hotel. Very comfortable bed, and great rain shower!

Location was fabulous within walking distance to shopping areas, restaurants, near subway stn and short subway ride away from other locations. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with wide variety of offerings for every taste. Incredible staff.

The capsule sized room was a major disappointment. Impossible to say this is 5 star hotel with the sides of the twin beds within eight inches of the side walls. Hardly room for 2 suitcases. If you have claustrophobia, this hotel is not for you.

The hotel is in a great location and walkable to many of the historical areas. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the concierge who helped us plan our trip each day and really made the most of our trip.

Best location for touring seoul.

Rooms are tiny with no space to unpack or store luggage, Beds were very firm/uncomfortable, there was no place to relax with our friends who were staying in another room and rooms were too small to gather in.

The room was "cozy," a tiny suite with a queen-size bed that barely fit, and a confusing lighting system. Rather like deluxe accommodations in a submarine - nice but compact. Staff was great, gym was great,

We had a south view that was uninteresting. That part of Seoul is awash in tall buildings, and only a lucky few get nice views. But proximity to the various museums and palace grounds, blue house, Insadong, etc., great. Food in the lounge was ok.

Upon arrival, everything seemed fine. The check-in process was smooth, and I was optimistic about my stay. However, that optimism quickly faded when I woke up one morning to find my bathroom completely flooded. My toiletries and bath towels were soaked! While the staff apologized and asked to move me to another room, they didn't offer any explanation for the flooding issue. To make up for the inconvenience, I received a bottle of wine, which was a nice gesture, but it didn’t fully compensate for the hassle. On my second night, things took a turn for the worse. Despite being exhausted from a full day of touring, I couldn’t sleep at all. The room had a strange, eerie vibe, and I genuinely felt an unsettling presence, something I’ve never experienced in all my travels. As if that wasn't enough, I felt the same eerie sensation on my third night. It became so overwhelming that I had to change hotels in the middle of the night. Thankfully, there was another hotel nearby that had availability.

The cleanliness of the hotel was also concerning. The carpet in my room had a musty smell and clearly needed a deep clean—vacuuming wasn't enough. It made me sneeze throughout my stay, which contributed to the overall discomfort.While I travel frequently and have stayed at numerous hotels, I can confidently say that this experience was one of the worst. The combination of flooding, strange feelings at night, and cleanliness issues made it impossible to enjoy my stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Very comfortable. Great value for the money. Great location tourist wise. Right next door to a good subway line and airport bus to Incheon picks up right there
