It¿s convenient and proximity

Minibar light was out, they didn¿t want to fix it, light switches are in weird and inconvenient place, not something I would expect from a 4 star hotel, those are the 2 things I remember from this establishment

Good location

The room was very hot. The A/C was not sufficient

It had attributes of a five star hotel

The gym was a little grubby and basic, the location of the gym also felt a little claustrophobic.The glass bathrooms with the curtains were awkward. You need something better than curtains.

Very comfortable beds and nice staffs. I decided not to have them clean the room while I was gone and housekeeping left the basket full of towels and water. That was really nice.

Very hilly but not to blame the hotel it’s self.

hotel was ok and good location, but over priced during that time.

They promote free mini bar which contained two cans of beer, two soft drinks and water. But it was only the first night.

The staff was very helpful and nice ,the view is very beautiful you can see the namsan tower, next to the bus station and train station

The location is good.

The hotel is really hot. And can't control thermostats in the room. And the bathroom is really small. I won't come back to this hotel again.

The room was super clean and cozy. Good price-quality ratio.The lobby staff has been super useful in giving us information or making reservations given that we did not speak the language and had problems with local reservations apps.

The hotel is very near to the subway, but 15 minutes walk from the nearest touristic place. If I was to go back to Seoul I would choose a different neighborhood for touristic purposes. The staff replaced in room amenities (slippers and toothbrushes) daily, which in my opinion was not necessary and created useless waste.

The room is comfortable and clean. The location is good, about 200 meters from the metro station. There are free toiletries: soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, sewing kit, shower cap, cotton buds and pads. Bottled water, bathrobes and slippers are also provided.

- On 11th floor, in our room the shower pressure is quite low.- Not enough light for reading

Easy access from the Gimpo International Airport and near the station. Many shops and restaurant are also near the hotel. Overall, the hotel is clean, convenient, and accessible.

Good location, really easy to reach with Metro. The personal was kind and efficient and the rooms were clean. There is a good availability of restaurants and street food markets nearby. Overall I would suggest to go there.

The AC system was really noisy during the night and there was no chance to turn it off. The bed was ok, but the pillow were too soft, making it difficult to rest confortably during the night. The room was not too big, but sufficient for 2 persons.

cleanness, staff, quality of furniture. location was great, closer to bus stop and subway station.

shower door was not closing completely. i wish i notified the staff but didn't do since I was staying for only two night.

Fantastic front office staff especially Ms Kim who is extremely helpful. Great location close to shops, restaurants and many transport options.Airport limousine bus stops right in front of the Hotel!! Superb breakfast selection ..all in all a welcoming hotel which does well to exceed your expectations..
