Lake Hotel

The hotel was very clean, rooms were big and nice, good shower, and the location was great.

I would suggest to have a softer pillow

Location is amazing, view onto the lake and Lotte Tower is amazing. Market close by, bus and train stations close by, G25 right next to Hotel.

Only being given 1 room card, needed 2 as sometimes someone's goes out of room, for a few minutes. We went to reception, they were happy to give us another one.

Interesting hotel to stay at. It had a VCR in the room (!), but other aspects were updated. It was probably a luxury hotel in its prime. Our room was HUGE and had both a tub and a shower.

Wish we had more than one pillow option as they were overstuffed and hurt my neck (didn't have this issue anywhere else we stayed).

It was in a fantastic place, where you could see a wonderful view. It was so comfortable and the staff were fantastic, and we want to go again next year.The only problem is there was no English channels to whatch TV and need a couple of wardrobes, apart from that, Fantastic xx

We had a great view of the river and Lotte Mall. It was blossom season, so the view was magnificent

The entrance was not inviting enough, and the staff spoke minimal English.

The location is good, nearby Lotte World Mall. There's plenty of shops around. Nearby Jamsil Station too.

Great location and view of Lotte World. It made our first couple of days in the city relaxing.

Room was clean and well fitted out. Bathroom is starting to look a little tired, but it was all cleaned well everyday.

It was very close to a subway station, the mall and even Lotte world. It all felt really luxurious with even separate slippers for the room and the bathroom. Staff is really friendly!

In one of our rooms it smelled like cigarettes and the smell kept staying even after opening a window. And the bedsheets were stained with old and fresh blood.

The hotels location is in great place and close to the subway. The view over the lake is great and at night is well lite.

I went to the bar on the first night and the waiter was dismissive, so I didn't use the bar or restaurant during my stay. Whilst the hotel was comfortable to stay, it is a little dated

Location overlooking Lotte World. Stayed for one night and went to LW on an afternoon ticket. But ....

This hotel probably once was a great place but it is stuck in the 80's. Rooms are big and have potential once refurbished but the way they are now is not up to par for the price. My advice is start redoing the rooms a.s.a.p. Bed and couche were uncomfortable. On the plus side if you bring VHS tapes you can still watch them. ? Bureau almost falling apart, cheap seat ... you can do better, much better.

The location was very convenient for a local stay in the area, and the restroom amenities were very nice

The cleanliness and quality of the room overall was not what I was expecting, with holes in the pillow sheets and blinds, scratches on the walls, and multiple bug encounters over a two night stay.
