Location was central to Myeongdong. Good location for restaurants and walking to markets. The street location is narrow and congested, but it was never a problem. Good breakfast with options. Very friendly and supportive staff. I'd stay again.

Such a perfect location, right in the center of Myeongdong and above an amazing coffee shop, yet inside our room it was quiet and serene, with beautiful amenities and a lot of space for being in such a large city! To top it off, the staff was incredible, proactive, just overall perfect!

Room was fantastic and location in the heart of MyeongDong was great for walking and venturing around Seoul city center. Also, very close to 2 subway lines.

The hotel is truly wonderful, the location is extremely convenient, the rooms are perfect, clean, and give a real “home away from home” feeling.What impressed me the most is the staff: they are incredibly friendly and extremely supportive. Sugar is a Vietnamese staff member who is absolutely lovely. Every time I travel for business and stay at Hotel 28, I always hope to see her. She is very helpful, always smiling, and takes care of everything, from the moment I pull my suitcase up to the 6th floor until the time I leave. All the staff are amazing, from the bellboy in the lobby to the housekeeping staff. I travel to Seoul for business once a month, and Hotel 28 is always my only choice, as it consistently offers me the best experience possible

Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by Amanda who helped set the tone for a wonderful stay! Walking distance to area attractions and meeting point for tour.

The room is large and the bed is comfy.

Great breakfast and excellent staff with strong English-speaking skills. The rooms were quiet and clean, with complimentary in-room drinks that were replenished daily. The location was very convenient,close to restaurants, the night market, and shopping areas.

Great location, very helpful front desk staff who helped book all our tours.

Very minor detail but I felt the fragrance ( it did smell nice) on our floor 5 was a bit too strong. The smell hit you every time you got out of the lift or room.

Hotel location was great! Staff was extremely friendly and helped to schedule cap since Uber Taxi cannot pull up the street to the hotel entrance when departing to airport. The breakfast options were awesome. Vegan main and lots of other options in buffet. For being right in the middle of the nightlife, the room was surprisingly quiet. Heard the music at night from the cafes and restaurants but that is too be expected in busy area. Overall great stay, only wished we had stayed another night or two. Our flight was delayed 4 hours and they held our luggage until the evening to pick up before heading to airport! Thank you! Great experience for our first visit to Korea. We hope to come back soon!

We reached the hotel early & staff allow us an early checked in. Excellent BF with very helpful of all staffs. Fully load of minibar everyday. Very convenient for street food & lot of nice restaurants around the hotel.

Location was great and close to green line of subway, so easy to get to all the sights. Also easy walk to palaces. Food options galore nearby. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Great location. The room was quiet and very clean. Comfortable bed, great shower and loved the stocked free minibar.

Only thing the room lacked was a plugged in makeup mirror.

The hotel is right in the heart of Myeong-dong, super close to lots of shops and restaurants. The staff are really friendly. We booked two rooms for our family of five, and the corner room with a sofa bed was very spacious for three people. Everything in the minibar is free and they refill it every day, which was a nice bonus. If you enjoy beer and shaojiu, that’s definitely a plus! The hotel even handed out hand warmer during the cold days

We chose a package that included breakfast. You can pick from a Korean or Western set, plus there’s a small buffet-style salad bar. The food options felt a bit repetitive after three days, but overall we were very happy with our stay.

Service was wonderful, and front desk offered to call an airport taxi to pick up directly outside after check out. Room was comfortable and enjoyed the soaking tub. Centrally located

Neighborhood could get quite noisy at night but hotel provided ear plugs which helped.
