Location was superb, 2 min to Sadang Subway Station. Room was equipped with Bidet in the toilet, unfortunately not working but they gave another room immediately

The location is perfect. Within steps of the Subway. My room was awesome great views of the city.

Breakfast could be served hotter

All of the front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful! I had a long stay, and the firm bed and sheets were very comfortable, pleasantly surprised by the bathtub and bidet and excellent shower pressure should definitely be noted. The daily maid service was great. The hotel location was good, with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Also, right by the buses and the subway. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lack of closet, and just four hangers.

My room was awesome. The views were great. The shower was amazing. The bidet was great. Location was perfect.

It is close to the public transportation and there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Staffs are very friendly. Bed was very clean.

This was 2nd time stay as I liked this place. I stayed 2 nights in this trip. It seemed to have a different room at a different floor this time. there were lots noises before 10 am outside room on Sunday. Loud chats and vacuum sound came from the hallway and next room. We couldn't continue to sleep. There was no sound barrier at all. I might need to ask the hotel for a quiet room next time.

We loved everything about this hotel! We had a premium double room on a high floor and the view was awesome - including the Namsan Park Tower. There is also a roof top garden which hardly anyone uses, so had that to ourselves for a couple of nights. The staff are so lovely and helpful with good English - and there's always google translate! There's a washing machine you can use in the basement, and a smoking garden on the ground floor.It is a little out of the way, but for a side of modern Korea without the tourists, it's perfect with plenty of cool little restaurants and cafes at non tourist prices. Pastel City is just across the main road and has great eateries and bakeries.It's central South location is well connected by metro (underground) with Sadang station literally on the corner and two main lines running through it. Pick up a T card from any local shop and pre load it - journeys are less than a pound each.Our room was cleaned exceptionally every day, and the cleaner took all rubbish and recycling. It was epic to wake up there every day and roll up the floor to ceiling blinds! Choose city view over balcony.

Nothing! I guess there was only a small clothes rail rather than a wardrobe, but we really did 't mind this.

It is a clean well-maintained hotel, very close to Sadang station. The location is very convenient. The reception was helpful in figuring out the bus route to take.

The breakfast is minimal. As a vegetarian, all one gets to eat is cereal milk and bread. No tea as well during breakfast; only coffee is available.

This was our second time booking this hotel, with our previous stay being in 2018, before the pandemic. The staff were friendly, but their English-speaking skills were limited. The hotel’s location, right next to Sadang Metro, made it convenient for traveling on Line 2 and Line 4. There were tons of restaurants and cafes within the walking distance.

The room was quite small and a bit rundown, and the loud static noise from the lighting was noticeable. The window soundproofing needs improvement, as staying on the 8th floor, we could still hear traffic noise from the nearby highway, as well as people talking and shouting outside the hotel in the middle of the night.

Randomly selected rooms are the ones downstairs and they are so spooky and smell so bad. A restaurant as well. Bedding was not clean. Three hair strings found on the sheet.

Perfect location from Sadang Station, 5 minutes walk. The Staff is extremly friendly, helpful and respectful.Free wifi worked without any issue.Excellent room service.Breakfast is a mix of european and korean cousin, not plentiful but reasonable.

Toilet door is strangely opaque and you can see the room and the bed from there. The room lacks storage for clothes (wardrobe) but otherwise OK.We had issues with handling the door but the staff solved it.

Location is close to the train station. Airport bus is across the street. Shopping and restaurants are all around. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This hotel lacked basic necessities. Bathroom has no hooks or towel hangers. No wardrobe or closet. Hanger stand is so low for a dress or pants. Interior design is dark and lighting makes it worse. I could barely see. Lights are on one control panel and they’re sort of grouped together. It was annoying to have to switch on all the bedroom lights when you only needed one. Bathroom lights would randomly turn off. One sliding door for both shower and toilet. Tub is in the open. No privacy. Balcony is all boarded up and dark even during the day. A pipe running down from the upper floors trickles with water non stop. Not relaxing at all. Sink is marble but faucet drips outside the sink. Water gets everywhere. This hotel is overpriced in my opinion. It lacks the basic features that travellers need.

Honestly, I was very upset about my stay and there is nothing I liked

A lot. The room was so dark, a timer was used for the lights. I hated the smell of the room (it smelled like smoke). The bed were ghetto and not comfortable. The wall was dirty, could they not afford paint to retouch h it. The soap smells like pee. I can go on and on. I would reconsider another place

The staff is very welcoming and offers a lot of help. The room enjoys spectacular views over Seoul. The facilities inside the room are immaculate. The walk-in bathroom and bathtub is a very big bonus.

There is not much choice for breakfast. But otherwise, not much else to complain about.

Spacious and nice beds. Nice kitchen area.

No windows in the basement room was weird, especially when jetlagged made it impossible to adjust. Layout of room is a little odd, with position of bathtub near dining table, and no real lounge space, despite size of apartment.

The room was comfortable and staff helpful.

The room 902 faced the busy traffic, so noise was an issue. That's all.

The location to public transport is very near and many restaurants around. Also convince store available. Got free taxi transfer from airport. Hotel can help to book taxi to airport.

The daily cleaning not up to expectations. Still see hairs around every night return back to hotel. Only 1 toilet available and the door is sharing with shower room. The space is small and a bit dark. Lighting keeps on auto off after on for some time.

The staff and service were great. It's located right by the train, so getting around is easy. Also near some good food. The breakfast provided was worth it as an add on.

The room wasn't as nice looking as the photos, while room service did keep it clean, the room itself looked really used up. For example, lots of scuffs all over the wall.

Beds were comfortable. Good shower.

Room was tiny with no storage except a very small hanging rail.
