Room was fine and the guy in the desk when I left was helpful...but...
Staff when I arrived were terrible. Giggling over their phones and unhelpful. WiFi didnt work. No remotes in the room for tv or ac. When I asked at the desk the receptionist spent 10 minutes moving batteries around various remotes before giving me the wrong one. Also it is quite far out on line 1 and easy to take true wrong branch line. Better hotels and hostels in itaewon
The room and bed were big and spacious. Toilet is clean and spacious enough. Convenient stores all around, though these stores are practically around everywhere in Seoul.
The hotel is just opposite Oryu station, but the station is far from the central, so expect longer travelling time. Cleanliness was the biggest issue, ants were crawling around table top, counter top and on the floor in both rooms. Didn't purposely search, but happened that my foot touched something near the edge under the bed and found a big lump of used tissue papers under. Some small stains on the quilt cover. Coincidently, both of us felt itchy on the bed.
Location was pretty good - 5 minutes by walk from subway station. Also our room was on 17th floor with nice street view.
We booked a room with double bed, but staff issued a key for the room with two beds. After half of an hour we've got a key for double bed room.
