Rosana Hotel

It was a clean hotel in a safe area. The breakfast buffet was very good. It ended too early at 9 am. There were several places to eat nearby.

Our room was to have a bath, but had only a shower. Other than that, we were pleased with this hotel.

The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and responsible. It was a great choice. Thank you very much.

I have no complain about the property. Our stay is so relaxing and comfortable.

During the time we were there, the staff thats on duty the time we are there is not as friendly, not kind and not accomodating. As a tourist, we understand that they have rules of check-in time. But 3pm was their check-in time. We arrived there early to drop our luggage at the front desk, since its lunch time, we decided to eat outside and went back to the location, we are back at 1pm, and we ask if we could checkin early, but then the staff is really not friendly, we are not forcing it at all, so we waited and fell asleep in the lobby waiting for their checkin time. They allowed us to check-in around 02:55pm. They didnt really make it easy for us.

The room was quite large, the sink was outside the bathroom which was a bit odd but it was very large and well made and so surprisingly it was quite convenient. The floor was not carpeted - it was some kind of wood imitation I think but anyway I think these type of floors are far easier to clean and much more hygienic than carpet floors. Also the beddings were cotton which apparently isn't that common in hotels here.

The light panel was in the middle of the headrest of the bed and when you turned the lights off at night it would still illuminate which could be annoying. I covered it with a pillow.

Good location, not go far from subway unless you come back late then it's a decent walk back. Clean facilities and love that they allow you to leave your luggage early in the morning and comeback and check in whenever you are ready. Very professional and accommodating. Room is small but good for price. Really good for area and price

The hotel was close to the lake. But, going to the airport was a hustle coz the bus stop was FAR

All the staff was very kind and helpful. The location is perfect. We had a great breakfast every morning, and the view was beautiful.

The place is old and uncomfortable. The bathroom is very bad. The price is as expensive as a 5-star hotel but there is no breakfast.

Location ok near to lotte world

The room is not same as the photo .The bed not comfortable. Pillow too soft that can’t event support.

I felt very uncomfortable because of maintenance work noise in the hall. I couldn't sleep in the morning since the construction work was started early morning .

The bed and pillows are really comfortable and the floor heating is superb!

Bring your own toiletries such as toothbrush/toothpaste as they do not provide those but it’s not a big deal.

I liked that they cleaned the room everyday. Also, the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, kind, and patient. She made me feel welcome in a foreign country. There were no language barriers as she spoke great english. Great location, nice and clean, helpful staff, 10/10 would highly recommend!

The Staff were very friendly and it was in a perfect location...a 15 minutes walk would get you from the Hotel to the Lotte World Mall that was good for shopping & just relaxing.Apart from the mall there were a number of food places nearby where one could grab a quick meal. Really great location and would definitely recommend it.

The room was wide with three single bed and the location was perfect for us. 24 hours check-in/out service is convenient as we had to check in very late and check out early morning. Staff was very kind and supportive.

Parking space was crowded and small with many cars at night because of the karaoke in the same building

The location is great. Close to lotte word and few step to the lake. Many restaurant and coffe arround this area.The staff speak english a little but still enough. Breakfast food is fair.

Most of the information is in Korean eventough you can use google translate but it still confusing.

Fantastic location right by beautiful Seokchon Lake and Lotte World,Lotte World Mall and Tower. So many food places really close by including Starbucks, chicken and beer, Korean food . Bed is so comfortable (for me) it is Korean style hard mattress which is awesome.Service overall was good and helpful and they are happy to look after my bags both before check in and after check out. Hotel is modern and clean and western style and has an on site restaurant that serves breakfast only for W15,000 ( or W13,000.00 if you pre book at reception) which seems good value compared to breakfast at other restaurants. You could easily spend W20,000.00 or more a head elsewhere. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again.

Maybe room could have better view ( my room view was of a back urban street…. and room was a bit small but hey, all I really used it for was to shower and sleep. Was out and about all day and evening.

The hotel was an affordable option in the Jamsil area, about a 10 to 15mins walk from Lotte World Adventure. Even though it was near tourist attractions, the area felt quite local. It was diagonally opposite Seokchon Lake and had a scenic view of the Lotte World Tower. It was also a popular spot for residents in the area to exercise and hang out. Just minutes from the hotel are a few convenience stores which are good to grab snacks on the way out and way back. The room was compact but comfortable and the hotel reception was helpful.

The hotel breakfast wasn't included in my rate but I paid separately to try it one morning. I found the options a little limited.
