The staff could speak English which was a big help for an overseas guest. Furthermore they were helpful

Great hotel, in the center of Seoul. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is VERY helpful and responsive.

There may be some noise (traffic), but it's a trade-off: either you want to stay in the city center and put up with the noise, or you want complete silence and have to move away from the center. The staff was very helpful.

Great location, within easy walking distance of many major sights and markets and lots of bus/metro options. Staff was very helpful and rooms were comfortable.

Purchasing breakfast is expensive and not many nearby options open early. Consider booking a room that includes breakfast if you know you'll want to eat before 8am!

The location is very convenient, 15 minutes walking distance to myeongdong.

The rooms smell was very bad, and pretty old furniture.

The sauna was amazing. The room was big and the bed comfortable.

We got a twin bed room and it was huge! It had laundry in the room, a full size fridge, and a kitchen set up. It was bigger than many other rooms in the area from my research before booking.

The beds were a little stiff, but not necessarily uncomfortable.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights in 2 separate stays and had a wonderful stay. Rooms are modern, clean and has laundry facility in the unit.

Rooms are spacious for 2 persons but is tight with 3 adults. Family rooms come with 3 beds instead of sofa.

The location and the size of the rooms! It was so nice to be able to organizing my shopping and my luggage and had a lot of room to do it.

It would be a nice extra to have a convenience store a bit closer/next to it.

The rooms complete w iron, microwave and ref. Also the sauna hot jacuzzu

We had a premium room, which was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and it’s nice to be able to shut a door from the sleeping area off from the rest of the space. Very convenient location, just a short walk to morning coffee options, the City Hall station, Myeongdong and many other attractions.

Excellent hotel in a great location a few minutes from the city hall Gate. Transport options only a few minutes walk away. Room was very clean with all amenities included. We found the beds quite firm. Staff on reception were extremely helpful and friendly.

Central location, comfortable rooms

Breakfast was expensive and we went around 8:30 and by 9:15, the staff was already taking signs down. A few dishes were very slow to get replenished.

Central location. Good for walking to lots of places. Bus stop outside hotel. Airport bus stop across the street. Housekeeping and maintenance was great at promptly addressing an issue in our room. Premium room was spacious and very comfortable.

Our room was by the elevator and facing a major street so we can hear street noise from 8th floor. If the A/C was on, then it drowns out the street noise. Don’t like that the adjacent hotel doors slams.
