The only good thing is the location.

The room was too small and it was not cleaned once in all the days I stayed there. I couldn’t walk around the room comfortably without hitting the bed. No where to place my suitcase in the room. I had to place it on top of the bed to get anything I needed. It was very claustrophobic in the room. I would not stay here again. I had to move to a different hotel in the middle of my stay.

Even though I arrived late I was met by the most helpful staff, they helped me with the check-in process and with all the instructions, truly grateful to have met them!

This is a cute, clean hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The automatic QR lock is very convenient, and the location is excellent.

There is no lift, and the only room available for my booking was on the top floor. A male staff member is available from time to time, but he wasn’t there when I arrived or when I departed. The smell from the bathroom wasn’t pleasant sometimes.

The universal outlets were a nice touch because I forgot my travel adapter. Self check in was very convenient with clear instructions. Great location, around the corner from the subway exit. The staff was very friendly

Room are really small. I have a single twin room and have no space for one luggage. No elevator - my room on 3rd floor! ?

Perfect location, next to subway, supermarket, Daiso, cafes, and basically right across from myeongdong shopping area and limousine bus stop to and from airport.

No lift but only 5 floors, clean bathroom but plumbing odor.

We had a lovely stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

There is no elevator which might be a problem for some, the staff was very helpful with carrying our luggage though.

The mattress is too soft to me. You can’t see anything through the windows. Just the wall )) may this is not like this for all rooms.The walls are too thin so you can hear all the voices from corridor. I was lucky there were few people there

Great value for an amazing location. I booked the Marguerite Superior Double Room with Namsan View and it was perfect for 2 people! Staff was very responsive, allowed us to store luggage early, and brought everything up to our rooms. It’s a 5 story hotel with no elevator!

The location to the metro and the Myeong-Dong area was phenomenal. A quick walk to and you have access to all areas of the city. I did a DMZ tour and the bus pick up was right across the street .Very small room and bath but excellent for what I needed. Comfortable bed and just enough space for 1-2 people. I arrived at early in the morning when the front desk was closed but they made it simple and easy to drop off my luggage so that I could catch my tour.

Stayed here with my 12-year-old son, and he absolutely loved the projector screen with YouTube access! The room was cozy and comfortable, with soft beddings and pillows that made our stay extra restful. It had all the necessities we needed. Staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English, which made things easier.One thing we appreciated was learning a bit about waste management since there’s no daily room service—but towels can be changed upon request. Free coffee and tea facilities were also a nice touch.The location is excellent—just a 30-second walk to the subway exit, with a convenience store at the corner and several food options nearby. The hotel sits right across from the Myeongdong shopping area, so it’s peaceful and quiet yet only a short walk to all the action.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Seoul!

No elevator and the stairway is quite narrow. The bathroom is also on the tighter side, so bigger-sized guests might find it a bit cramped.

Rooms were a bit small, and hotel was sometimes a big noisy. No 24/7 reception, but that’s not really an issue as check-in is 100% self check-in, and there are luggage lockers nearby in the area

Room and bathroom were clean. It was a walk up but our luggage was taken up and down stairs. The hotel arranged for pick up from Inchon Cruise Terminal and drop off to 2 different Inchon airport terminals at reasonable price. Location was so near Myeongdong district, night market, subway station, Lotte Department store, Myeongdong underground market and restaurants.

Rooms in this area are very small, smaller than in many Japanese hotels. There was a space under my single bed but my suitcase did not fit there, which took up all the walkway space. I had to crawl over my bed to get to the wet-room style bathroom. I ended up liking the shower a lot and used the sink to hold the handheld showerhead and my shampoo. It would be harder for a very large person to use. As it was I moved the toilet paper and trash can to insure they stayed dry.

I had a wonderful stay, it’s a solo trip, I was concerned about many things. But I was very lucky to have a corner room and it was quiet, clean. I love have a drink of herbal tea after having a heavy meal. Most of the staff can speak Chinese and they’re very friendly!

I would hope daily room cleaning.

The location is exceptional; a short walk to the train station and close to many restaurants and convenience stores. The staff were very friendly and the property was safe and quiet. It felt like being at home.

Please be aware that there is no elevator in this building, otherwise everything was wonderful.

hdmi cabel in apartment would be great. and this narrow stair after long walks...
