I like the location and distance from public transportation.

I didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room and the shower had a small leak

Bustling local neighbourhood and courteous, friendly staff. Plenty of dining options right outside the front door, as well as convenience stores.

It’s called a tourist hotel but very little signage in English. Staff not pleasant nor polite. The surrounding area made me sad. I was however really happy to see that place in the rear view mirror! Best day of the trip :)

I’ve stayed at this property many times during my time living in Korea and it has always been comfortable and good value for money.

In this particular stay I was given a room with a refrigerator that didn’t work (had power but no cooling capacity). I also received a call from reception asking why I hadn’t checked out on the second day of my three day stay. I was able to sort this out and presumably it was an error in their booking system, but I didn’t receive an apology. I felt like I was being ‘tolerated’ as a guest, as opposed to being welcomed.I would note that I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years and this was my first bad experience, so hopefully it was just a one off ?.

No restaurant and staff behavior also room is very small and old all furniture however they maintained it.

Good they have Coffee machine in reception and we can have it any time required.

They don’t have universal sockets in hotel so converter is required and their English is not so good, make difficult to communicate some time

The room is big, so as the bed. Clean, with free coffee. Equipped with essentials. Peaceful and quiet. I had a good rest after a tiring day of walk. Although a bit far from the center, its location is close to subway station. The lady in the concierge communicates in English so it’s a plus for me.

Everything was really nice: the room and the hotel itself was good and clean, cleanup was offered daily and the furniture was very comfortable. There was free water in the lobby, as well as free coffee. The WiFi was great. Very good bang for the buck. Staff was very helpful and polite: we had an issue with a leaking kettle and the staff replaced it immediately; whenever we had a question or an issue they helped out right away.

Unfortunately there wasn't a microwave within the room, however, one is available in the lobby. There is no on-site laundry facility for the guests (however there's one public laundry facility very close by so it wasn't much of an issue).

They changed out towels, washrags, added fresh juice, and fresh coffee every day.

A slight lack of communication that someone who had even less Korean Language skills than I have would find even more troubling.

The hotel located in quiet place and close to metro station. However, it takes 45 minutes to get to the central.

The Wi-Fi isnt stable.

Value for money and very close to metro.

A little far from main attractions, but direct train was available.

The staff were very friendly. The room was big enough for a solo traveler. The bathroom was a nice size came with shampoo and conditioner and body wash the room came with slippers for the room and also for the bathroom it came with a robe. It also came with skin care, hairspray, hair dryer, adapter the pillows were comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked great in the lobby. You could get free coffee, free, filtered water and use of the microwave. You could also ask them for a converter just in case you forgot one that they lend you at no charge There’s a vending machine if you in case you forgot your toothbrush toothpaste is in a good area with 711 and see you pharmacy along with multiple eateries and local eateries within walking distance. It’s quiet enough that you can get a good nights sleep. It was very very very impressed For a solo female traveler. I would stay there again. It’s also close to the subway and transportation.

There’s nothing that I would complain about

Clean. Comfortable. Good location - close to bus stops & the subway. Easy to find.

Used to get complimentary toiletries (toothbrush, hair ties, etc), now you have to pay for them. It's not a big problem, just something I noticed.

Location within walking distant to subway and bus station. Near to pick up point for bus to Airport. Very convenient.

I liked the hotel location, so close to all amenities (subway station, LOTTE Mall, cafes, pharmacy, farmers’ market, post office, convenience stores, launderette).

I didn’t like the hotel room; it did not provide bath towels for 2 people (1 big towel and 4 small towels not always enough). It was crammed and did not provide enough space to reach to the fridge. It did not provide satisfactory clothes storage. It was not cleaned at all the day before checking out.

Bed was a little hard, and location was not as close as we thought. But very small details.

Excellent hotel! Very close to the metro. Very good location. Super clean. Very spacious room. Very nice bonus at checking in. Freshwater, juices, tea, coffee, slippers, bath coat. Despite two stars only, it has been a pleasure to stay there.

Wi-fi sometimes was working poorely.
