GLAD Yeouido

Great location, friendly staff, clean bed, nice room.

Nice breeze from windows.

The 9th floor smelled funny but our room didn’t so it didn’t affect anything.

It was convenient for its airport links and subway system

It’s was tired , the rooms are dated and need a refresh. Staff were professional but not friendly. The walls are thin and had a noisy neighbour

This was the 3rd time my daughter and I stayed at the the Glad Yeouido in the last year or so. We like the location, convenience to the subway and relaxing pace of the neighborhood.

This hotel staff at the counter was not nice; they charged you for early check-in and overcharged for a deep cleaning in a room with $170 USD. Definitely will not return here again. Ciao.

The staff were very nice.i also left my luggage at the hotel two days before my reservation to go to jeju island.There is subway station and a bus stop right infront of the hotel which is very helpfulThe area youido it self is very nice place to stay for my preference you have two really good malls to shop (the Hyundai Seoul and IFC) there is also the yeoido han river park and the yeouido park alot of cafes and restaurants and it is very nice to walk around the area there is always people and families also walking around even after dark because of the parks.I stayed with Glad yeouido last year in Jun and i loved it so much that i stayed again this year, despite my worries about the demonstrations that might happen infront of the hotel since it is right infront of the National Assembly.

You can tell the rooms are a bit old and not well maintained, and the bidet in the toilet wasn’t working.

Super convenient to public transportation including an express train, excellent breakfast buffet, close to convenience stores and a few restaurants, comfortable bed, electric kettle, helpful staff.

It was in a very nice location, not close to the center but easy accessible. Very clean, when we go out we know that all the toiletries will be renewed and the room will be cleaned. And the best part was that we are here in Korea for our honeymoon, so they upgraded the room to the bigger one, which is a very kind act. We even decided to extend our departure date in the hotel.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times because it offers great value—clean rooms, an unbeatable location with easy access to public transport, and a convenient airport shuttle. Until now, the staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, I experienced inconsistent service at the front desk and in the parking lot this time, with some staff being inattentive and even a bit rude. I hope this was just a one-off, as I’ve always enjoyed staying here.

Location and cleanness

The staff. Very randomly, just sometimes, they do not seem professional regarding customer service. That inconsistency was apparent this time, and it was disappointing as a regular GLAD customer.

The location is good, you have a lot of malls near you you can access it by walking

The design of the rooms is not good and I checked under the beds they were soo dirty and there is an automated light with a sensor of movement its so annoying at night were it just light on just for a small movement it could be better if its just a switch were I can control it, even the phone there was a light that is lighting on the phone for no reason, it was annoying at night when you are sleeping the bathrooms have 2 doors one for shower and one for toilet, to would be better if its in one room with the sink.

Clean, friendly staff, feel safe to stay there. beautiful views!

Location is great. Close to bus and subway line #9. Shopping and places to eat are very close. No Brand store is next door for groceries and such. IFC and Hyundai shopping are within walking distance. Plenty of places to walk and enjoy the scenery.

Not crazy about the loud speakers early in the morning, but it's not a deal breaker for the hotel.

Be aware of the protester around. Constant noise of someone screaming

Modern layout. Cool settings. Has restaurant and a small gymnasium. Large conference rooms. Great wedding place

Room is fine. No smoking is a plus. Subway and airport shuttle bus is just in front of the door.

1. Request 10000KRW deposit when checking in,even we've already paid fully via Booking. Not sure of this is only for foreigners.2. No toothbrush provided.3. Eat in the room is not allowed, which is so weird for a hotel.

Very modern and up-scale. In a central area, just a short walk to tons of food options.

Bed was hard and only received one pillow per person.

It was comfortable, roomy, clean, pleasant!

Need sugar, milk for the coffee, more light.
