LOCATION AND LOCATION... IFAC SHOPPING ARCADE IS a GREAT MANY RESTAURANTS AND THEATRES...

Location is the best thing about this hotel.

They assigned the cheapest room and wifi is not really free. I don't like to use it again because it has a construction site view and was very noisy because the construction was going on in the morning.

Amazing! Clean, a little far from main Seoul but could easily catch a ride outside of hotel… Love the ambience and vibe here !

The staff were very friendly, the location for shopping 10/10 and the breakfast was excellent. The bar staff in the whiskey bar 27 Bar & Grill are top notch and the view at night - sensational!

Very conveniently located, integrated with a large IFC mall for shopping, restaurant and general convenience. Great facilities. Modern hotel with all comforts. Good restaurants.

Fairly expensive, but not untypical for a 5-star hotel in such central and convenient location.

The breakfast, the staff and the well appointed bedrooms

The location is in the business district (right next to Deloitte) so you will need to get a taxi or tube to go to the more interesting parts of Seoul. Eating out is fine if you don't mind eating in the underground shopping mall - there is virtually nothing at the ground level outside the hotel. I've stayed in more impactful 5 star hotels, but it was nice. The bar on the 37th floor with the nice views is very expensive and there is an irritating rule that you have to spend over £50 to 'be allowed' to sit in one of the uninspiring booths by the windows

We love the facilities and concierge service.

The location to the city is a bit far and the traffic is so bad on Saturday. We took about 1.1hrs to get to Gangham.

It's good location with great proximity to the river. Easy access to shopping mall with good collection of food and drink. The gym facilities are impeccable. Great breakfast collection. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

As the breakfast is buffet style, some guests have bigger eyes than their stomach resulting in such waste of food. During our stay, there are some guests always coming to life almost mid-night making a lot of party like noise for hours disrupting other guests resting time, which are not in Harmony with a very discreet environment.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Every staff member we encountered was polite, extremely helpful, and we definitely felt like treasured guests. Loved the Nespresso pods for in-room coffee, comfortable beds, and luxurious bathroom. I'm still talking about our stay here!!

Shampoo and body wash is locked in the shower stall, so there is none nearby if you decide to use the bath.

The staff in general was great and attentive. Great service and positive vibes all around.

Nothing particular was bad. The only thing if I have to really say could be an improvement is the location. Not much around just couple of big shopping malls. Really a business district

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very respectful and always willing to help.

The pool was very like class-type. With a lane only for members, another lane only for swimmer and a one and a half or so for the rest. But it’s full of kids and very noisy. Kind of hard to do anything there. I don’t really mind that, but I’d liked to know before buying the mandatory swimming caps. Had I known, I may have skipped the pool.

The location and facility of the hotel is good.

Two particular incidents made me feel I would not want to stay in Conrad next time. 1) I am a frequent business traveller and i have stayed in Conrad multiple times. Due to some personal reasons that I would need to change my reservation, but the staff was very strong in their denial of the request despite it was still 2-3 weeks away from the actual date of stay and I offered a few options as well; it made me feel that the staff didn’t try to help but rather, only tried to close the case single-mindedly. 2) During my stay, for some reason, they deactivated my room card. I used the phone at the floor where I stayed and called the staff for help. Instead of coming up to help, the staff requested that I go down to get my room key reactivates. Once downstairs, I got requested to show the credit card I used for the booking (which I left in my room). I told them it’s not with me and instead I have my passport with me. They claimed that they have to swiped credit card for validation and requested that I go up to the room and bring the card down. At that instant, I was annoyed and asked them why I have to come down again. Later, a manager came and told me that he would go upstairs with me and brought the card down for validation. What I still do not understand is why I need to go through so many troubles for something that’s wrong in their system/database, etc. It made me feel there is no thinking on behalf of the guest and everything is simply ‘this is a rule/policy’. Moving forward, really doubt I would be staying on Conrad willingly. For the price it charges, the attitude and service level of the staff is mediocre.

The selection of food for breakfast buffet was excellent. Byredo products for toiletries were my favorite!

The daily housekeeping needs a bit of improvement.

I am just surprised that there are add ons (like Wi-Fi) and it’s not for free despite the rates of the hotel.

Staff was great. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable

Towels were not soft and somewhat worn out. Price was nearly double compared to our previous stay 6 years ago

Clean and luxurious with a wonderful city view

Everything was excellent however the water from the shower would run out from under the door in the bathroom! Not a big inconvenience but something to look out for!
