The bathroom was cold (while the room temperature was very good) and too small, when showering water got everywhere, on the sink, on the toilet etc.

Good location, free laundry and kitchen.

The location is great since its walking distance from the train stations. So many restaurants around to choose from. The area is quite at night, there's convenience store nearby. Staffs were helpful and attentive.

The bathroom size is quite a challenge but we got used to it eventually. Note: no bidet

The location is great. We had a hairdryer and steamer in the room. In the bathroom a body wash, shampoo and conditioner which was a bonus. Also we could leave our luggage after check out for an hour or two.

The bathroom could’ve been cleaner. For the bathroom there has to be a way to dry it after showering because you wet the whole bathroom. The rooms are very small but we had enough space for suitcases.

The location is so near to traditional Korean houses that have been transformed into trendy, unique cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and pubs.

Location is top notch! Close to a very cool area in Seoul. Room is spacious, comfortable, clean, good WiFi. And great amenities. Free washing and drying machines, lugging stprage area safe as well

Bathroom and showers are a bit cramped but it’s still well worth the money.

The staff were great, with helpful information on transportation, etc. It's a convenient location with lots of restaurants nearby, and just a short walk to the airport bus (once you figure out the streets). The kitchen and laundry facilities were clean and there was even free laundry detergent! We had some rainy weather and there was a rack of umbrellas to borrow by the main door.

The staff was very attentive and helped with each request very quickly.

There was a bit mold in the room and we couldn't make the AC less loud.

The use of kitchen, water dispenser, washer, dryers and laundry soap provided free to guests. Extra supplies set on shelves on each floor by elevator. Luggage scale, guest umbrellas. 3 minute walk to convenience store, coffee shops, bakery; 5 minutes to restaurant alleys. ease to walk from airport express bus to hotel. Location was phenomenal, perfect. Walking distance to 2 train stations, buses also in a short walking distance. Restaurants and cafes also in walking distance. Elevator in building. Free washing machine and dryer. Washing detergent also included. Full air-conditioning too.

Staff is friendly, the location is very convenient and quiet at night (less than 3 min to GS25, walkable street food area, museum, the palaces, and bus/train), and providing detergent with washing machine.

The bathroom has a slight odor, it might be coming from the drain. I hope you can improve this issue soon.

Room was clean, simple and modern, has large tv, all items such as hairdryer and good shampoo provided. Location was very close the the insadong streets, and also the cafes behind anguk. There is a local spa bathhouse just down the road.

The google map photos were out of date. The rooms look much better just like the photos in booking.com

location is central to everything. close to Bus and subway.

Confusion to the name of the accommodation. It should be Physically named Icon Hostel not Icon Hotel. We couldn't find the place and even the taxi driver got confused with the name. It costed us more taxi money just to find the right place due to the wrong name written on the building itself.

The location was near the Metro station and the bus station. The staff was helpful and friendly.They were doing renovations, so hopefully they will improve the furniture.

The things I didn't like were the lack of a lock on the bathroom door, and that it is made of glass. Additionally, they need to change the curtains because it is too bright at night.

It was a mix between hotel quality and hostel vibes (such as free use of washers and dryers and access to a kitchen). I had a private room and although small, it was definitely a lot more than what you get in big cities. Everything was clean and comfy.

There was some renovation going on but that means they are updating things for the future which is good!

The location is ideal, located near the metro and bus station, both within a 7-minute walk. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They are currently undergoing renovations, so the furniture should improve.

The room and bed were small, but that was fine. My only concern was the glass bathroom door. Although no one could see inside from the outside, I didn’t like having a glass door without a lock. Additionally, they needed to change the curtains, as the room was too bright at night. I had to wear a blindfold just to be able to sleep.
