- amazing place to stay, Hongdae is a great location! the hotel is beautiful and very big, rooms are super comfy and staff are very friendly and helpful. the bathroom is very spacious!
Cons -
- The lighting in the room could have been better. No option of bed area lighting so it was darker on that side.
- the pool is renovation and i was not told it was
- the temperature on our room was a little too hot all the time given they have central heating, so we had to open our windows to compensate.

Nice staff, good location
The room was not up to the expectations, given the price and the level of the hotel. The temperature was difficult to control, the outlets to charge phones were far from the bed, the shower was in the bathtub, the toilet did not have bidet functions
Location is quite close to Hongdae centerRoom is very nice
Bathroom is not sound isolated from the roomThe AC doesn't have cooling modeRoom is not that silentNo coin laundry machine
Good location just a few blocks from Hongdae's main streets its close but stays quiet.
Beds are a little hard. Would like better makeup lighting in the bathrooms.
Location close to metro lines , quiet , good nights sleep , very clean and comfortable
Nothing to dislike
Convenient location, clean
Open shower, room not bright enough
Breakfast was delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful. The location was very good and safe. The hotel was generally really quiet.
Not equipped for the humidity (some peeling wallpaper and bathroom steam lingered very long despite the fan). The restaurant needs to be open longer for room service. The entrance needs more signage (push/pull - or open the auto doors)
The location is great and close to downtown Hongdae. The room was nice and clean. Nice large sleeping area and bathroom. The breakfast that was included was very good.
The air conditioning was weak and it did not cool down the room.
I liked the location and that there were a lot of coffee shops nearby for me to try. It was only a short walk away from bus stops and train stops.
I wish that there were outlets near the bed. It also would be great if there was a door on the shower/tub so that the whole bathroom wouldn't get wet when one takes a shower.
Really comfortable bed. Nice, functional gym. Great location.
Nothing specific
Great location, clean and comfortable rooms.
The AC was very loud at night, needed to sleep with ear plugs.
Good location and decent room size given the higher price point. Really good service and pleasant staff experience.
It was cold but there was no heater available despite being a 4 star hotel ? The shower have no door or curtain so the floor gets super wet, have to shower mindfully
The location of this hotel is great. If you are Hongdae person, you will love this hotel. Compare to the room rate you paid with the location and the room with amenities.
We booked for the small group. The deposit process was acceptable but quite weird.
I booked the hotel many months in advance and it got a good price. The stuff was nice and the hotel clean. Very good position, close to the main road and the subway. You can leave the luggage there and they have a laundry service for extra charge that was perfect! I definitely would rebook again :)
The location is great and the staff are lovely. The pillows are horrible and I don’t know why a sensor light at the entry way to the room is necessary. If anyone gets up in the night it comes on and the whole room lights up.
Very good location Close to Subway station and to the shopping street There is a nice view of the city from the 14th floor
Lovely, clean modern hotel in a great location.
