Great central location for Insadong. Close to the subway and very walkable area. The staff was really nice as well.

Lovely reception staff who let me use the toilet in a very uncleaned room.Close to subway .Nicely decorated rooms.
Check in was 8pm! It would have cost 40000 won (a lot in Korea) for an earlier check in. I will certainly look at booking details more carefully as this time was stated on the confirmation email.It felt like quite a sleazy location, call girl cards scattered up the alley that the hotel opened on to.Fridge didn’t work.Other People’s hair on the floor.
Nothing, they gave up a totally different room from what we booked.
Everything, it was filthy dirty with no windows.

The best thing is staff attitude. All of them are very friendly, feeling that they are not really good at English, but they tried to communicate English with me. The facility is okay, but not new. The location is great, just go outside and at night, it was very crowded by many pocha. You can get subway just few walks away.
Have you ever heard of a hitel where your checkin time is 8pm? And you are not allowed for anytime before 8 pm. So if you arrive with you bag at 5 or 6 you stay in the street with you bag until 8pm then you go to sleep because tired of carrying you bags until 8pm. All the towls were stained with BLOOD. who knows what type of blood was that.
