- 2 hÃÂôtels in the same building for only one tiny elevator.including desks at 3rd and 10th floor, take forever to go up or down. We stayed for 5 nights, they didn't clean the room, didn't change the bed sheets and didn't clean the bathroom .
- Really venomous smells (gutter smell, smoke smell, etc)
- 1. Our kettle was spoilt. The kettle cap was already cracked, a portion of the cap was missing. 2. We've paid for breakfast, but have never had the chance to eat it. Nothing was said about having to 'reserve the breakfast', not in the booking listing or any of emails they have sent us. 3. Security was very worrying. Don't need room card to press the lift floors. No one checked our passports before checking in, cards were simply place right before the lift, anyone could have taken our card.4. There was no reception. Like wuuut???5. Room was very very squeezy. Nowhere to open our luggages, very hard to walk around the room without bumping into someone else. 6. There are very few staffs working in the hotel. We had no one to ask if we face any issues. In fact, since there was no reception, we were completely lost on our first day. It was another customer that helped us. 7. Our room has no wifi. Had to steal the wifi from another room. There was no one to ask about this as well. 8. Pictures on website and hotel listing were misleading. The hotel's outer appearance looks very run down and unmaintained, the walls of our room looks old and were stained. 9. There was a big insect in our room. 10. Room smells heavily of bleach. The smell is still there even on our second day of stay.

Toilet/ shower. No real shower, just a shower head. The toilet also smelled like sewage, very strong odor.
