Friendly DH Naissance Hotel by Mindrum group

The quality of the hotel for the price was unbelievable. The room is quaint but big enough for a solo traveler. The staff was very nice and very helpful. Also, they were more than accommodating. I highly recommend for solo travelers.

Personalize assistance provided by assistant manager. He is a truly considered "Messiah" for us since having us on completely unknown unfamiliar land at other side of the globe, he let us feel as a part of the family. He must get A+++++ rating

We would prefer if more vegetarian diet availability to be considered since increasing numbers of vegan dietary travelers(either by choice or religious belief)may prefer to stay at this hotel. It's just a suggestion and must not rate negative at all plz.

I took us a while to locate/ find the hotel , we were walking around the block 2-3x.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What stood out the most was the very friendly and helpful staff — they made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Good to stay but a little bit far. The breakfast is good. The staff are very good. Recommended.

This is our 2nd time staying at DH Naissance. Kids love the bubble bath. Spacious and clean rooms with all basic things one needs: airco, fridge and wifi. Room amenities, clean towels and waterbottles are provided daily. Regarding the location, convenience stores and many other shops plus eateries, and subway station are within a few minutes walking distance. Nearest 24/7 affordable laundry self service is just 3 minutes away, evenings may be quite crowded, but if you go early mornings there is hardly any waiting time. Usage of washing machines on hotel premise is limited depending on card key availability, so if you want to save your precious time and don't wanna wait go to the self service shop just around the corner of Sungshin women's university. The guy at the reception was so kind to let us check in earlier than 4 pm as the rooms were already available and cleaned - free of charge.

Airconditioning can be unexpectedly and extremely noisy. Although clearly stated not to take any breakfast food items out of the dining room, during our 10 day stay we frequently saw this rule being broken by other guests. Also food waste is not uncommon. Would be good to enforce the rules set by the hotel.

I liked that the hotel was very close to an airport bus stop—just a 3-minute walk—which made getting to and from the airport really convenient. It’s also near a subway station, which made getting around the city easy. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby thanks to a small shopping street in the area, which was a nice bonus.

The only downside is that it’s a bit farther from the major tourist attractions.

We stayed here twice. The first time, the room was old and needed some work. The second time, the room was newer and nicer. Close to subway. Lots of places to eat. Friendly staff. The water temperature for the shower was really nice and hot. The floors were heated as well. I thought the bed and comforters were very comfortable. Would stay here again in the future.

The first room needed some improvements. The bathroom towel hooks didn’t hold the towels well.

The property is a scam not liked photos they put my daughter in another place is bad services

The staff is super friendly and kind. We tried the manager's free tour and that was amazing. Got to see a lot of the hidden parts of Seoul. The breakfast was simple and not traditional Korean or American but still tasty. Tried the hotel's lasagna, it was good but as an American I would have liked a little extra salt lol. The bread was amazing.

Some of the outlets in the room did not work.I thought the hotel room I selected came with a bigger jacuzzi. Not sure if I didn't look at the pictures well or if it was misleading but our jacuzzi was still nice.

We enjoyed our stay at DH Naissance. The hotel was in a great location near restaurants, stores, and bus stop. We appreciate the help and kindness of Charlie Lee, the amazing manager. ? ? ? We highly recommend DH Naissance to anyone visiting Seoul.

Many shops, restaurant , convinient shops, snacks shop around the hotel...about 10min walk to metro station. Complimentary breakfast was nice and sufficient

The staff is friendly. The location is nice - first I had a thought that it’d be too noisy as there’re lots of cafes near by but in fact it was quiet. There’s a metro station not so far away from the hotel (3-4 mins of walking). (a few words about public transport: be ready to pay for the metro and buses by cash only. Cards are never accepted). Cleaning service is fine.

1) Breakfast Though once you arrive, the staff gives you a paper with information that actually breakfast isn’t provided and they do their best to provide this breakfast for free at their own fees. Once we came to have a look at this breakfast, we were disappointed as there was actually nothing to eat at all. 2 dishes as I remember and that’s it. It’d be much better to provide breakfast for some cost as for lots of people it’s more convenient to have breakfast at the hotel before they go anywhere. 2) ironing We didn’t have the iron but we had something like an ironing closet LG. Once we tried to turn it on, but everything was in Korean and there was no any instruction left in the room. We went to the reception to ask for the instructions of how to use it, but got the answer that the instruction is in the room so go and have a look for it again. But we didn’t have it at all. It was my first time in South Korea. I had my birthday and I asked the staff in advance for the places where I could celebrate it (the suggestions of any restaurants) and I was advised to go to the second floor restaurant where there’re only 3-4 veggie pizzas and some pastas.. So I decided to find another place to have dinner. Normally, the hotels provide something like a bottle of champagne or a plate of fruit once they know about guest’s birthday - here nothing was provided. Well, of course it’s not obligatory, it is done optionally and it doesn’t affect my opinion or rate of this hotel but anyway I always had experience of getting something (not only for my birthday but for my friends’ as well). It’s a small thing but it definitely cheers up.

Amazing location, everything necessary is literally a few steps away.The room went fully dark, which helped to adjust with jetlag.Daily cleaning with a bottle of water for each person.Comfortable beds

Bathtub was broken, it most likely leaked a lot of water to the lower floors.Slow elevator, which got crowded quite often.The breakfast area was tiny for the amount of people staying in the hotel.The accomodation refused to help with an airport transfer when asking through booking.com but the option was available at the checkin counter.
