LE SEOUL HOTEL

I love the location, easy access to buses and the subway, plus a lot of good places to eat!

The staff

It was very inconvenient. For every small matter I had to go to the receptionist by myself and couldn’t contact through phone. There was no restaurant so i couldnt get in-room service

The breakfast was in the basement of the building and consisted of Western and Korean options - and some of the Korean options were YUMThe hotel had lift access to all floorsOur room was large and we had two beds - a queen and a double - the beds were extremely comfortable Our room was air conditioned - worked well, had a fridge but no safe - we also had complimentary water provided every dayOur room was serviced regularly - and toiletries, toilet paper, tea/coffee replenished regularly The hotel is only a short walk from CITY HALL metro Station - just next to CITY SQAUREHighly recommended

Nil issues noted - except the room would have been better if we had a safe in the room

Medium-sized, locally-owned, modern and comfortable hotel. The breakfast is basic. It's quiet but set in a lively district with plenty to eat and do nearby.

We had a really great time in Seoul and our hotel room was clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful! Would stay there again.

Great location, my mom and I had a blast walking around the area. It’s centrally located with a bunch of public transportation and cool restaurants and cafes close by. The room was very clean and spacious compared to other hotels in Seoul.

Location

The double room looked nothing like the photos – the windows were significantly smaller, making the space feel dark and cramped. To make matters worse, there was an unexpected single bed crammed in, which left very little room to move around comfortably.Basic conveniences were also lacking. There were no power outlets near the bed, which made charging devices overnight really inconvenient. Even the water kettle was placed far from any outlets, making it more of a decoration than a useful amenity.To top it off, we were given what was described as a coupon for coffee and breakfast on the first night. It turned out to be just a small discount – definitely not the breakfast offering we were led to believe.Overall, the experience fell short of expectations, especially considering how it was presented online.

Location and cleannesses are good , no more toilet paper on room !

Worth management . You feel like stay on government building .

Nice, clean, location and free breakfast and coffee coupon.Also we asked to change the room cause when we were choosing the hotel, we liked their big windows. And on the day of arrival we were given a simple room with general window. When we asked hotel staff about it, they have kindly offered us to change the room the next day (as those rooms with windows were not available that night). The next day we moved in to the rooms we wanted. It was a bit cold in the room/hotel (end of April), but hotel staff provided an electric heater. Very good service!

Excellent location - close proximity to food, convenience stores and train. Walking distance to departmental stores and myeongdong shopping streets

Floor could be a bit cleaner. Water pooling in the shower that would overflow to the bathroom.

Great location walking distance to everything. Very close to Metro.

Great location in the middle of Seoul, comfy beds and we had a nice view.

Could have been a little cleaner. Had to ask and pay for an extra blanket, even though we booked for three people.

It was an exciting first trip to Seoul.The location of the hotel is prime,considering the close proximity of the City Bus Hop On Hop Off that takes visitors to famous attractions of the city.Breakfast food were excellent,a buffet of local cuisines.I enjoyed sightseeing the city,riding twice the City Bus.And not to forget the hospitality of the staff at the Reception Desk.She was helpful to give me direction of where I was heading, and to translate and explain the city emergency e-mail message.

Location unavailable for private pick ups. Doesn’t show as option. We have to walk over to The Plaza to be picked up by van service.

Breakfast was good - variety of food was available. The location was good for access to the shops and the sites (the palaces).

Check out was at 10:00 am which I considered as too early. Had to pay for additional hours of stay.

There were no amenities provided. The room phone did not connect to the reception. The sockets were not connecting to the charger properly. I liked the breakfast.
