Great location, convince store connected to lobby, close to subway entrance.

Ok location

Absolutely not suitable for longer stays, expecially if you’re travelling as a couple. The rooms are too small to even open your luggage. One the pictures the rooms looks nice, but they are absolutely not practical. There are no hooks in the bathrooms, no space around the sink to put your toiletries. By the way, there wasn’t even hand soap and we were told that people usually have to pay but since we complained, we will get it for free! The first night there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash, all three with Morocco scent. The next day the body wash was topped up with something pink smelling cheap and fruity. The shower head was leaking so much that it was pouring more water from the seal. On top of everything there was a construction going on during our stay which was not mentioned anywhere.

Overall, the room was very narrow, which makes my stay uncomfortable.

The both room was not comgortable because the toilet bowel was right near to the tiniy shower space.

Location was great. There were two or three markets nearby and a convenience store inside the building. Also, the spa was amazing. Staff super friendly.

Nowhere to hang anything in the room, no surface space either.

Phenomenal location, with a small massage studio in the basement which delivers exceptional massages. Discounts for hotel guests were provided.

Rooms are a bit on the smaller side, including the bathrooms. Was tough to open big suitcases, but overall the location and value more than make up for it.

Location is fantastic and sits between multiple interesting neighborhoods to explore. There is actually a whole block with street food and places right next it, that is full of people having a good time enjoying the night. On daytime on the other side plenty of souvenir shops (touristy shops) to explore, and walking distance to almost all core downtown sights!24 hour convenient store on the entrance floor. Huge perk!Room was great and view was decent. Had all the amenities we needed, and room was tidied on a daily basis I believe.Overall we had a great stay!

Bed could be a little bit more comfortable

Well located! Lobby was clean and bright and the staff was always friendly. Hallways on the floors are a little dark but the rooms themselves were newly renovated, at least the one we got was. There is some construction going on at the property so noise my be an issue but it was not for us since we were out the entire day. Overall good experience!

The bed was very comfortable and clean. Room was nicely decorated.Location of the hotel is good.

The room is extremely small. I was barely able to open my suitcase.The staff at the reception was not very friendly.

Very clean, good location and nice staff. There’s a convenience store right downstairs so you can easily buy something you need.

The bathroom could be bigger. Note that it’s a wet bathroom, meaning the shower is not separated from sink/toilet. If you need to use the bathroom after taking shower, your feet will get wet.

Good location, they have a convenience store at the 1st floor, staff are helpful and friendly!

Room is really tiny. I don’t think they are designed for two people. Two people cannot move properly in the room and bathroom was even more smaller.

It is near to many places we want to go. On the first day we were a bit confused on where is the bus station or the train station, but after a day, we found that the place is very much convenient with bus station. Train station would be a bit confusing with so many exits they have. Just a few steps walk away from the hotel there is already a town bus that go to tourist places. The blue line bus is near too, cry much convenient to go anywhere in our itinerary. This hotel is also near to one of the hanok place. Just a few walk and we already in hanok village. Unfortunately there is no self service laundry but there is a good laundry shop nearby (just ask the staff and they guide you). Most of the staff i encounter can speak english, so it is convenient. The room is so clean, IT HAVE BIDET! The room is a bit small but it is enough for just 2 of us. The people nearby are also friendly. Downstairs the hotel there is CU mart. Near the hotel also have many cultural shop. Also, while waiting for the check in, we can also request for the hotel to keep our begs. Checking out while waiting for our flight back, they can keep our begs there as well. Very near to the airport bus stop. Lastly, i would like to thank the staff for the warm welcome. Thank you. (We were too occupied with shopping and going here and there that we forgot to take picture of the room >_<)

Honestly i am fully satisfied

The location. Perfect.

The room seemed very small but mostly the fact that I couldn't flush toilet paper and the would wet EVERYTHING.

The toilet was a bit small and no divider between toilet and shower so whenever I shower everything just got wet. Room was a bit small too so could feel stuffy at times. But we were out a lot so it was alright

location and 20 mins far from the main palace.I like to walk in the morning and this hotel let me to do some walks which I like.the staff are friendly and helpful.I love the gangnam restaurant branch insadong at the back of the hotel which is very yummy recommended by the staff. 5 mins from shuttle airport bus stop so makes easy for us to get at the airport 17000 won (can pay cash)over all we got what we need :)

no mirror whole body and small bathroom but it's okay you don' shower for 1 hr

Location was perfect. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Only issue for me was the way the bathroom was. I did not enjoy taking a shower knowing everywhere was getting wet. Other wise I will definitely stay at property again.

Chose this hotel for 4 nites to explore the Insadong area instead of staying in the Myeongdong area. For SOLO traveler Nice hotel, walking distance to little cafe, shops, buses and trains. The Palace, Cheonggyecheon Stream, Myeongdong shopping 15 minutes away walk. For the price worth it. Staff was very helpful and was surprised at some of the other reviews.My room was spacious for me considering other hotels HOWEVER who ever designed the bathroom it was a MISS. Really SMALL. The shower/sink is literally on each side and when you showered, water everywhere. I had to keep my makeup stuff in the bedroom shelf area ?. A/C was good. Google translate is your friend ?They offered free water bottle each day. There is a C25 connected to lobby. Recommend vs other hotels in area for the $$$. Happy exploring ⛩️??????
