The room is exceptionally hot even when we kept the windows opened. Next room was very loud and people in that room kept talking till 3am. Couldn’t sleep At all. There was no phone to call the reception even . Stayed for two nights. Without proper sleep. The walls of the room very dirty .

I had such a wonderful stay at K9 Hotel Myeongdong! It’s very close to the market, and the receptionist was incredibly kind and accommodating. I accidentally spilled my coffee on the mattress and felt so bad about it — the penalty was supposed to be 80,000 won, but he was so understanding and let it go. I was really touched by their kindness.Next time, I’ll book a larger room for myself since the solo room is a bit small, but it was nice, clean, and comfortable. Plus, they serve free breakfast every morning, which is such a lovely touch. Honestly, I don’t think I have any dislikes about this hotel — everything felt warm and welcoming. Thank you, K9 Hotel Myeongdong! I’ll definitely be back. ?✨

The location of the hotel was very convenient.

There was a dirty towel on the floor when we checked in. It didn't look like the sheets of the bed have been changed when we checked in. The sheets were messy and untidy.There were dirty markings on the wall.My friend and I had to book at another hotel because we felt the room as too unhygienic.

Its in the good location really close to the myeongdong station and other places

The location was convenient, with easy access to the room. The surroundings were quiet, and a basic breakfast was offered at no extra cost. Laundry and dryer facilities are available for guests who need to wash their clothes. Do note that this is a self-service accommodation, so it’s best to manage expectations accordingly.

There were no bath towels provided—only hand towels were available. The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. Room cleaning was not done on a daily basis. The shower setup was inconvenient, as the shower hose didn’t fit properly in its holder, requiring you to hold it throughout your shower. Additionally, the shower area had visible scum and grime on the walls and glass door, which made it feel unclean.

K9 Myeongdong Hotel was literally within walking distance to the attractions I needed to go to. The ingredients for meals,which I made myself,were fresh,hygienic and plentiful. My room was ydillic. Clean linen,more than enough hand and body towels,and toiletries for showering. The aircon worked perfectly and room was warm. And the special touch: Umbrellas always available for "surprise rain/showers". Thank you to management. God willing will be back in August 2027

It was a perfect room even though it was a tad small but everything else was perfect .Location was ideal and close to every facilities .

The hotel is located in the heart of Myeongdong and is very near to all modes of transport and shopping.

No kettle in the room and rooms are not sound proof.

Good location

Very dissapointed with this hotel. The room was way too small, no shower, no windows. Most important: the whole "hotel" was DIRTY . Avoid at all costs.

Easy check in process, nice self made breakfast area and great location!

Towels were very small but you could always get more in the lobby area. Also room was hot due to central heat on, and beds were really uncomfortable.

Great location, accessible to train station, and the Myeongdong street. There's a lot of food for breakfast. The best thing is you can check in as early as 9am. No need to wait for the regular check in period.

The room is a bit small for 4 person. No bidet and no room cleaning. You need to throw your own trash. The AC is not working well.

Decide not to stay after arrive in the room as condition is so far away from pics

There is no one at the place so unable to reach anyone from the hotel when arrive. This is just an apartment divided into many small rooms. Cannot be called an hotel but hostel.

The location is about 2min walk from Myeondong Station. Very accesible to the shopping center. Place is cozy for rest, with basic breakfast inclusion. Easy checkin and checkout

Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!I cannot express how disappointed I am with this hotel. Our stay was a complete nightmare from start to finish. Upon entering our so-called "family room," we were hit with a wave of stifling heat. The air conditioning was non-existent, leaving us to suffer in a sweltering room throughout the night (we had to keep the door of the room open to be able to breath).The layout of the family room was a joke. There was zero privacy for changing clothes, making it incredibly uncomfortable for everyone. The walls were filthy, covered in stains and marks. The mini-fridge was equally disgusting, with sticky residue.To make matters worse, there wasn't a single surface or storage space where we could put our belongings. We were forced to live out of our suitcases, which were strewn across the floor, creating a tripping hazard.I complained to the manager about these issues, but he was utterly useless and showed no interest in addressing our concerns, he just told us to contact booking.com. We decided to cut our losses and check out the next day (instead of staying 5 days). However, the manager stooped to a new low by lying to Booking.com, claiming we never checked out in an attempt to avoid reimbursing us (we were only able to get less than half of our initial stay reimbursed by booking.com).This hotel is a disgrace, and the management's dishonesty is appalling. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.
