Cons -
- This is my third time at Urban Boutique Hotel.- I was confused about the check in/check out machine, which I was told to use. When checking in, I used the machine and had to go back to a hotel associate to settle the breakfast. When checking out, I used the machine and had to go back to a hotel associate for an invoice. Perhaps the machine helps at busy times, otherwise I don't see the point.- For some reason, I was unable to adjust the air conditioning this time. When I set the temperature to 20C, the HVAC would blast hot air, and when I set the temperature to 19C, it would bring the room temperature down to 16C and I was forced to turn it off. A trip to the front desk didn't help. Maybe I got lost in translation here.- A small detail, but the current room phone has a display that is too bright for my liking at night. The brightness was already adjusted to the minimum.
- Cushions were small and hard - had to buy my own at E Mart. For the price I believe breakfast should be include
- Indoor lighting could be brighter

Shower/Bathroom facilityDecent BreakfastHelpful staff
Indoor lighting could be brighter
good location for the place that I had business meeting. close to metro station. enough restaurants around.
breakfast could be better. expensive for such a hotel.
wide space, complete furnished toiletry, sofa with desk for small working area, nice shower
The window cannot be closed completely, so can hear the noise on the road despite location at 12 floor, air conditioning really noisy, impossible to sleep with the AC on, some visible molds in the bathroom
The view is great. The bathroom is good.
Could have been better cleaned. We found things on the carpet that didn't belong to us.
Very nice staff
Passable
