Pros +
- This Hotel is very clean and the staff is amazing. They helped with getting a taxi or writing a location down in Korean, for my connecting taxi ride.
- The location was convenient, and i appreciated how quickly any problems were resolved. The staff were very kind and friendly.
- Decent maximized use of small space. The staff speak English and responsive in the chat. The hotel also provides scale to measure the weight of the luggage which is nice to ensure it’s not overweight when boarding the plane.
Cons -
- Wish there was more shelving in bathroom to set pj's. And better lighting to put makeup on!
- The room was too small and there was a strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom. There was also a lot of dust on the furniture, especially in the coners, which made it feel duty
- Location isn’t that great cause it’s not that close to public transportation (always need to walk 6-10 mins to get to the closest public transportation line/stop).Room is so small it can barely fit 2 people with 2 large suitcases. The bidet works on and off. I hate how they said they clean the room upon request and only certain days only due to environmental reasons so the whole time we were there (5 days), our room was cleaned once only. The cleaning seems very half hearted also since I noticed that my supposedly new cup still have a coffee stain left over from the previous guest. I’m not sure if environmental reasons should offset hygienic reasons. Moreover, on the first day, an empty bottle (trash) was left on the sink (see photo). Overall, I feel like this hotel is overpriced for its location, room size and service.

Location
Small accommodation, no headroom for upstairs bed. Bathroom not proportioned well.
It was cheap for a hotel in myeongdong
Location was around a mins walk to the myeongdong main strip, though in winter, the 5 min walk made it more than 5 min harder. Don’t expect a big room, had enough space for opening luggage which was good, however the bed was facing the door entrance which made it comfortable for me, the aircond made really loud noises out of the blue which woke me up in the middle of the night.
Area was good, close to subway.
Shower leaked water everywhere, was a mess.
We really liked the location, it was very central and so easy to go anywhere from there. The beds and room was fine, there was also a water cooler in every floor which was nice. They also have a small gym downstairs and a laundry room that we used.
The bathroom was a bit small, you feel it when you're more on the tall side. Other than that it was great.
Location!
Room super small and the shower leaked and flooded each time used
Location - three blocks away from myeongdong shopping street , a lot of coffee shops and airport limousine bus is only 10 minute walk
During my stay, I encountered several issues:- **Staff Attitude**: The staff's demeanor towards guests was less than pleasant, often coming off as rude, likely due to a language barrier.- **Bathroom Concerns**: The bathtub overflowed onto the floor, creating a slip hazard.- **Room Size**: The family room (1304) was adequate but felt cramped for four people.- **Pantry Location**: The pantry would be more convenient if located on an upper floor, as the only microwave was in the lobby.- **Room Cleaning**: Despite a four-night stay, the room was not cleaned; only towels were replaced once.On a positive note, the hotel features a rooftop with a fantastic view of the Namsan Tower.
The staff were very nice and helpful and the rooms were clean.
I was told the rooms will be cleaned every other day, so I was surprised when my room was cleaned the next day. The only thing I didn’t like is I had left my clothes carelessly and my bags open because I left for a tour in a rush. So knowing someone entered my room like that was a bit upsetting especially since I was traveling solo. So just a little bit of misinformation.
The hotel is so close to myeondong and there’s a lot of nearby cafes, traditional restaurants and fun things to do!
Everything was great!!Friendly staff , always with a great attitude:)
The location is good
The family size room is very tiny No room for a suitcase The bathroom is super smallAnd we’re charged for an extra blanket!! Never heard that before They only clean this tiny room every 2-3 daysAnd this is just a recommendation to the hotel manager, make your front desk team to smile to the guests from time to time and not hide behind a giant screen.
Great location, quick check in, nice and helpful staff, quite big room
Walls were a little dirty and scratched, they’re also thin so you can hear everything. Bathroom is very very small with a little space to place a cosmetic bag etc. Although there is a shower curtain, lot of water is splashing out of shower.. we had to place some towels, because floor was slippery Also you have to wait a while for an elevator…
location close to atores and restos, cleanliness, staffs are helpful
lack of facility like pool
Its really at the center of myeongdong. Near to restaurants and the night market.
The bathroom is so small
The hotel was pretty decent there’s a convenience store just next to the building, the room was small but clean, and getting a taxi was super easy. I was able to request a late check-out (with a fee), and they had laundry and ironing facilities in the basement. Overall, it was a good stay, I’d recommend it!
Good location
Having at bathtub, all the water spilled on the side. Bed is hard for me, cannot sleep and having back pain in the morning.
Proximity to downtown, the airport shuttle, the metro train and food hubs
My room had an awkward column/wall at the foot of the bed , awkward because I can’t go through the center of a full size bed you must squeeze yourself or enter the bed at the foot side???The reception area is so full of clients either waiting to be checked in or waiting to step out. Or they just mingling at the lobby. The space is small
Location
The bathroom sink is ridiculously small and it is not as described/show on the on the website. We booked the family duplex. That bathroom sink is just for display and every time we used the sink it just got water on the floor everywhere no matter how careful we are. Please post the actual duplex bathroom photo so people will see it before they book.
The price and the location were exceptional! You literally have everything nearby (food, restaurants, and shopping) within a 5 to 10 minute walk
The elevator, my opinion was a little buggy and we had gnats in our room…. Yeah gnats
