Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect restaurants and stores and night life all close by.

Location, location, location! Concierge, housekeeping staff were gracious and the front desk very professional.

This is the second time staying at the property. The first time we could hear the music from the neighboring nightclub till early morning, so we asked for an room closer to the elevators - problem solved!

I wish I had more time in I rave but I don't. This will be my hotel of choice. Great location, gym, breakfast, clean, modern! Not 5 star but if you looking to enjoy Seoul in subway accessibile diverse area that's safe and fun, here you go.

LOCATION! Visitor information booth, metro stop & bus line, coffee shop, restaurant variety, etc... just steps from the property. Hotel personnel were very friendly & professional. For the price, this property is an excellent value.

The only reason for not giving the property a 10, is that our room was located at the front, hearing the music (heavy beat) from the nearby nightclub that went on till 6AM. So ask for a room closer to the elevator, to be insulated from the music.

My room was huge, full of light and very clean. The cleaning staff on my floor were great. The front desk staff were very helpful, especially Jihyeon Hong. She was very professional and always ready to help.

Breakfast and coffee at the restaurant, I thought was below average.

The horrible drumming started at 8 p.m. and continued, nonstop, until 4 a.m. I couldn't sleep at all. And, I was on the 9th floor, the top of the hotel. I can't imagine the noise of that drumming on the 3rd floor.

A noisy at night because of the bars/clubs nearby. The hotel provides earplugs to help with that. I did not mind the noise, because I wanted to stay close to the entertainment area.

Sadly it is a nice hotel, rooms are spacious, well looxatez but with a noise problem.

There is a disco club at the 2nd floor of the building which makes a lot of noise until 5 am every day.

Convenience to our business need but didn't know so loud music noise all night long and that bed is so hard so uncomfortable by the time I came home and I got back problems!!

There bed is so hard so uncomfortable!! and so loud music even put the ear plug still music is so loud just like play boombox right in my room and loudest volume pretty awful there was 10pm to 5am terrible doesn't sleep at all worst experience in any hotel I ever been!!! I think they give me the worst room because I go through booking.com maybe they don't think they got enough money whatever reason I wouldn't recommend nobody!!!!!

Absolutely nothing

Very loud. Can hear all the music from the club downstairs. Horrible service. They look pissed to work and could care less to help you.

Comfortable beds (when we could enjoy them.. in early morning hours); close to metro station; cleaning woman was nice.

Unbeliveabely noisy during the whole night, worse than what the comments and description indicated. There were loud parties (music, bass and shouts) every day- starting atound 9pm, till 5-6am the next morning. And we were placed at the quieter side, on the 8th floor.. Ear plugs were useless. When we asked for some alternative or compensation, we encountered indifference from the staff and manager.

The best thing about the property is its location and the staff are kind.

The worst things about this hotel is that there were a few miscommunications. One being the laundry service hours are different from the hours written on the actual laundry service paperwork. Another being miscommunications between the front desk and house keeping caused inconveniences. Lastly room was not very clean. I saw a bug in the bathroom in the morning that made me check out pretty early as at that point I really just wanted to leave.

Best location in Itaewon. The rooms are decent, and the staff is nice. Best value for the money in the area.

Noise, noise, noise. There are night clubs surrounding the hotel that blast “music” and bass from 22:00 to 6:00. The hotel does not forewarn customers.

The location in front of the metro and the convenience of the city area near to everything is cool. Beds are comfy, bathroom is good

the noise in the bedroom (even at high floors) could be complicated for light sleepers. The loud music from bars around the hotel lasts until very late (4 am)

Location is priceless. Overall, this hotel is a good value.

Staff and cleaning service. The staff did not speak English. They are somewhat rude/they are not exactly courteous.
