    • Despite appearing nearby on a map, it is not easy to reach from the central rail station (Seoul Station) on foot, due to crossing highways and lots of stairs up and down. Room looks dated. Some wallpaper peeling. Coffee shop in lobby was never open.
    • The hotel is crowded among other buildings and is a busy place so that's the usual withing the city and it's a bit noisy. Why this Hotel only has limited English news like CNN is sad, since it nothing but propaganda and fake news. Get real USA news info
    • It did not have room service nor fitness centre. You advertised as it had.

    Very nice hotel. Good bar next door and Starbucks.

    Not walking distance to tourist sites and nightlife. Train station about half mile away.

    Nice, clean hotel. Familiar with brand and did not differ from what we're used to in the States.

    Did not like the location for tourist traveler. It was located in a business district. Did not have alot of options for eating and shopping after regualr business hours in the evening. Not much to do from a tourist prespective.
