Great location and Very professional staffs.

I wish the bathroom was bigger.

The location is awesome as we expected. Very convenient to go to place we wanted to go.

It's noisy around. We wanted to be quite after 11pm, but there was loud music from the street. For the couple of first nights, we had to struggle through the noise all night. The staff tried to change the room for us and took care of the problem later.

Good location to reach any spots you plan to go and very exciting surroundings like shopping eating and also to see lots of tourists

The room I stayed was junior double, as the hotel described , I think the room was far too small for the price

I really enjoyed the location! Easy 35min train ride from the airport to a bustling shopping area with great restraunts and street food.

The location was great! We were very close to shopping areas, in the middle of many shops and restaurants. The breakfast was good and staff was courteous.

Location — out the door and the night market is right there. Staff can speak English and they are courteous and helpful. Quick check in and out.

The room that we were in is a little small for us but comfortable.

I loved the location of the hotel. We were surrounding by shops, restaurants, and street food. Also walking distance to everything we needed-- church, subway, bus. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Seoul and will recommend to family and friends.The staff spoke English and was very patient and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Great location in the heart of Myeongdong. 2minute walk to subway. Staff very friendly. Bit of outside noise and light and rooms very very hot.

Great location. Hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful. As suggested by the hotel staff, we took the airport express bus to Incheon airport as bus pick up point was very close to the hotel.

Super convenient at the heart of Myeongdong.

Super loud and noisy Constructions work going on right outside room window in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT from 12am to 5am. How was this allowed is beyond my understanding. Guest paid to rest at night, but not able to sleep through the night.

Really nice hotel in Myeongdong! It had everything I was looking for. Very (very!) comfortable bed, fridge, kettle. Room was nice and big, same with bathroom. Clean, everyday clean towels. They also changed the bedding after a few days which was a bonus for me! :) Staff was speaking English and was friendly and helpful at all times. They also kept my luggage for a few hours since my flight departure was late in the evening after check out. My room was 801. All in all, I would recommend the hotel and will be back! Thank you very much!

The outlets near bed weren't really working. Sometimes they did but often times they did not. Since there was another outlet in room, it was okay with me. Also, the air conditioner was weird and one day it just stopped working. That's when I found out I was able to open the window lol (okay it was in November. I thought the hotel staff turned it off altogether since... it was November. But it still got quite warm during nights. The open window was the best option for me tbh. But it got me questioned if it was something I should consider when go on vacation during summer months since it usually is hot and humid in South Korea).

Mentioned that toiletries provided but they did not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste and shaver.Room size ok but no view. Block by a building few metres away.Toilet choked middle of the 1st and dirty waste overflow on toilet floor. Glad that they fixed it next morning. Price a bit expensive maybe due to location.

Location is very good. Very near to bus and subway stations. Right in the centre of touristy interested areas.

The room was a little smaller than expected. The A/C-Heater unit was a little noisey when it turned on but still acceptable.

Got bug bites from the beds. Strong smell of mildew in the room. Bathroom has some mold on the walls and no exhaust fan to remove moisture. Shower curtain is too small to stop water from leaking outside the bath tub. Faulty electrical wiring: lights will sometimes turn on or off by itself. Washer and dryer are located outside of the hotel. Some staff members are not friendly and will help reluctantly.

The huge step to enter the bathroom was a challenge for me as I have bad knees. The low sink was not good as I had to bend extra low. I am 1.63m tall. Other than that I really love your hotel and would recommend it to anyone who plans to holiday in Seoul!

Savoy Hotel's location is a bonus if one wants to stay in Myeongdong. Room is small. Shopping is convenient. Subway stations are nearby. Will be a bonus to guests if hotel room has a portable foot massager. It is a super investment, does not cost a bomb. Most guests will be very tired after visiting places and they need foot and body massage.

the room is very small. Check out is too early. Check-in late, have more part-time workers to clean and tidy room, Check-in should be at 2.00 p.m.
