Great location to KSPO, convenient access to public transportation. Room is clean and neat. Staffs are all friendly. Nice breakfast!

The breakfast is a 10/10, amazing. I wish every hotel breakfast was this good! I also loved having the convenience store in the basement, and the many water bottles provided every day. I also loved that it's so close to the KSPO dome (where I was seeing a show), and I enjoyed walking the trails.

My room just seemed sort of old. It was clean, but there were things like scuff marks all over the headboard. Also, the hair dryer kept turning off after like thirty seconds and wouldn't turn back on for 15-20 minutes each time, so it was fairly useless :(.

I requested early check-in, but no one responded to me. Even if I arrived at the hotel early enough, the reception man told me to wait until 15:00. Then I came back and wanted to check in, but nobody asked me to proceed to the reception. and the reception man started to check in with other Korean guests at 14:00. Then I stood up and asked to check into the room.The same matter was during check-out, I was leaving the hotel at 4 a.m. in order to get the bus to the airport. And asked the reception people if they could provide me with the breakfast box, or snacks. The reply was no. The reception staff was very unfriendly and not welcoming. Also, I didn't have toothpaste with me, so the hotel also didn't have one, which was very weird for me.

Nice park for walking right behind the hotel, convenience store downstairs, also options of cafe and restaurant for meals in the hotel if you don't want to go out.

Some days were crowded and elevator waiting times were long.

Location and fast check in and check out. Staff professional.

Lifts were not all working because of refurbishment. No water in my fridge and I arrived late so it was too late to ask. Breakfast was a bit impersonal. Big and busy and not as good as I have recently experienced in other hotels.

Original bedroom window wouldn't open so had to ask for a change of room, and then had to move all our bags ourselves

I had a pleasant stay at Seoul Olympic Parktel, especially enjoying the cleanliness and the adjacent Olympic Park—perfect for morning walks.

However, the breakfast options were quite limited, and despite requesting an invoice via email, I've yet to receive a reply.

Open, clean, fresh, professional, great location

All was fantastic

Though a bit far from train and bus stations and food galleries , it's fairly walkable going there. There is a resto and convenience store within the building. Lighting is perfect for working.

No utensils like fork, spoons in the room and some basic supplies like toothbrush, toothpaste. Did not inquire whether they can be asked or you'll have to buy them from the hotel.

I really enjoyed being by the Olympic park. Having such lovely walkways nearby really helps with the jet lag. Very comfortable bed and lovely clean room. Good breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again.
