La Casa Hotel Seoul

Location, spacious room, hassle free check in and check out, easy access to public transportation, and walkable towards Sinsa-dong stores and restaurants

The Casameal, the coffee cafe and market was in close proximity to the hotel. These conditions makes for an ideal location. I would recommend this to others.

- The location was very convenient close to airport bus stop.- Sinsa bus stop is few meters away.- Room was very clean and comfortable.- Reception staff were nice and helpful.- Convenience store is just in front of the door and many restaurants are close by.

- Breakfast has very limited options.- Very few English channels on TV

We loved how helpful and friendly the staff was! The room was very good and the beds very comfortable.

We you have like a bigger window. The room could get quite moist. The aircon was only heating so we wanting some fresh air.

Amazing customer service, we were placed by mistake to the wrong room, which was not fully cleaned. The hotel offered a complimentary gesture and also upgraded the room. The location is out of the city centre, but the neighborhood is really nice with all shops.

Location and room size is large for the value

There was water dripping in the lobby thus they have to move the furniture. They were also doing some work on the hallway

Certain floors were repainted during my stay, so the room provided was on a lower floor and not in great conditions

The hotel is a good budget option for Seoul, in a quiet location and yet just a couple of minutes' walk to some main roads with lots of restaurant options. We booked two rooms - one twin and one double. We did not get exactly the rooms we had booked. Just one was as it was booked, so we ended up with a carpet, which we had wanted to avoid, and we were in a separate wing to our son. It was not a big problem in the end. Our room was quiet, spacious and comfortable, albeit basic. There was a large window, seating area and desk, and tea-making facilities. Both rooms had seen better days, but for the price considering the location it was really fine. We did feel that the room could have been a little cleaner (carpet stains, stains on chairs, used tissue in a drawer, a cap left by someone on the floor behind a chair...) It was otherwise generally clean, but was just perhaps cleaned a little too hurriedly. Staff had limited English, but were polite and helpful. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk to Sinsa metro station, which is well connected on metro line 3, and there are also bus stops nearby. It took us about 30 mins to an hour to reach most places that we wanted to visit. Please note that the walk between the hotel and metro station is not totally flat, and it is not always easy to access the pavement due to parked vehicles, so it may not be the best option for those with mobility issues or with very young children.

Rooms need some refurbishment.Cleaning could be more thorough.The bathroom floor was always flooded after using the shower (probably due to the design of the overflow from the shower into the main bathroom area, rather than due to any problem).

Great location, close to public transport and the venue I needed to get to. Amazingly helpful staff and accommodating of my payment methods.

The breakfast options were a bit meager and not really suitable for a hotel breakfast. There were options, but I wish there had been more protein rich options that did not include pork. However, this is a minor complaint as the stay was otherwies fabulous.

The room was smelly.The room has very bad sound insulation.My room was next to the lift. It continuously transmitting sounds into my roomThe staff cleaned the corridor at 3-4 am. Very noisy and waking me up everyday at 330am

The location of this hotel is amazing, extremely close to Garosugil (shop and eat)!

The hotel room's layout is quite unusual, giving it a cramped feel.

Helpful staff notwithstanding, La Casa Seoul has seen better days. There's nothing wrong about it but also nothing exceptional and the design hotel we stayed in 12 years ago has turned to a rather anonymous corporate establishment that needs refreshment. It may be because the once-trendy neighbourhood has also lost much of its spark. That said, you are not going to regret staying here but the true Seoul excitement is to be found north of the river.

Location of this hotel is great. from ICN to the hotel if you have light belongings Bus Limousine there's a bus stop close to the hotel (around 300 meters). CU mini-mart in front of the hotel. The front reception staffs are totally very truly nice and services mind.

somehow during I stay, there's a renovation in the east wing of hotel? so, the carpet on the hallway is quite dirty found some dirt and stains.

The bed was big and comfy and the sheets were clean. It was possible to safely open the window and enjoy the fresh air. The area around the hotel is quiet, so I was able to rest well at night.

The facilities (especially the bathroom) were old and sometimes outright dirty. The worst was that the toilet was leaking every time before the flash. There was also dirt on the walls in the room. I didn't feel safe coming back late at night also: the hotel is 10-15 minutes walk from the subway (depending on your pace) and though I was told that the district is safe, that part of it just didn't feel like it was.

I really like where La Casa is situated, equidistant between Apgujeong and Sinsa stations, lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Hangang park within walking distance. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful.

Air con was a little noisy but could turn it off…

Cleanliness can be improved immediately. The room is a little run down and the lightings is bad. Not sure if it because that i was given a corner room X30.Toothbrush set cost 1000won, hotel towels are “well-used”, no vanity sets given like shower cap.My 4 nights cost 847k won which i believe there are better options.

We loved the central location and easy commute to the city and airport. loved the midentury modern furniture and design, staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at La Casa hotel 10 years ago and its good to see its still maintained it standards. Just the bathroom we stayed is a bit outdated with the shower curtains falling off and some black spots on the sink and bath tub,
