The location is good for myeongdong

The cleanliness of the property was extremely questionable. I stayed in female dorm with like 60+ beds. There were 3 toilets, 3 showers. If you didn't have the furthest left shower, all the water ran into the other showers. The smell of urine and mildew was awful.

Good price. They let us store our luggage there days prior to our arrival. They responded to our questions immediately. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Rooftop has a view of the Seoul tower. Will definitely stay there again next time we visit Korea.

Location was great (walking distance from stores, restaurants, Myeongdong night market, subway, and bus station), but with uphill route.

The staff was 10/10, very friendly, good English, very caring and helpful

Very high hill, can be a struggle if you have a lot of cases (worth the hike though, the view on Namsan tower is amazing)

Great location + staff + free breakfast + common room = value for money.

The room walls are quite thin and do not provide good sound insulation. Although the guesthouse has a rule asking guests to keep noise levels low after 9:00 PM, some guests can be inconsiderate and talk loudly late at night, which can be disturbing for neighboring rooms. In addition, some guests allow their children to run and play in the hallway during the evening, which causes further disturbance to other guests.

I lreally liked my stay!!! Very quiet place and a nice view to the city, closer to the train, and bus stations?

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the location is right in the city center. I had a comfortable stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

The staff are nice. There is elevator bec in some hostels, there is none, only stairs. The price is good for a budget traveler. There is free breakfast which is good.

In the toilet, there is no soap or hand soap. This is very important for washing your hands after using the toilet.

The main reason i choose to stay here - Have kitchen that can cook meal, iron, washing machine with soap detergent and dryer.

Shower in female dorm not so clean. Have mold everywhere. The floor a bit slippery due to soap residue. Hope cleaner wash shower room frequently. No hook for hang clothes in the dorm ( at least at the bed area).

The location was good. Near to the namsan tower.

The walls are very thin so we could hear everything from the next rooms and its annoying. Also the “mattress” was very thin and uncomfortable.

I like that the guesthouse location was near ro the myeongdong subway station, bus stations and to myeongdong shopping and street food. The manager was so kind and accommodating and ready to answer all the questions being asked. I was even surprised that they served breakfast, the value for what I paid exceeded my expectations. Ill be back here again and would recommend this place to friends as well.

Well located near Myeongdong street and has one of the best views of Namsan Tower.

The dorm had no ventilation and something like an airfreshner was sprayed daily. The corner beds are more private but are so uncomfortable to access.

I like how convenient the location is. Very near the metro and shopping sites. Also near some tourist spots and museums. There is also an availability of washing and drying machines so you don't really need to bring a lot of clothes, you can always wash and have it dry.

Some rooms are a bit small making it difficult to do work if one is travelling for work and need to use a computer in the room. But it is workable. The rooftop can be a good place to work.

Locaion is great, room, bathrooms were clean too.

The owner should strictly enforce the 'no slippers or shoes' rule in the hallway or room for everyone, not just a few individuals. It was quite frustrating to see some people wearing slippers while others, like myself, followed the rule.

I enjoyed the rooftop, downstairs lounge, breakfast and had a good mostly uninterrupted sleep.

I could easily hear the couple in the room next to me who were speaking in a normal conversational tone. There were dusty areas, no sheets for the bed only a comforter (which had hair scattered on it) and
