hotel is very clean we liked much, not much big deal but still micro dust flying around need better vacuum cleaner.

The property was very clean and beautifully maintained. Rooms were cleaned daily, mini bar was complimentary. Breakfast buffet was excellant and offered American and Korean food with selections being changed daily.

Very clean, friendly staff, great amenities! This is one of three hotels we've stayed in during our trip to Korea and it is by far the best one! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure the guests are comfortable.

It is located in the middle of a large city block, so the cross walk to all the shops is a short walk down the road.

Central location to medical clinics and near shopping areas. Not too close to popular congested traffic areas. Communal kitchen and laundry facilities were great and clean.

It was disappointing stay. Small room size, location and staffs are not helpful. It is absolutely over priced.

Staffs are not helpful at all respect. Even for a simple thing I asked and messaged several times for issuing an invoice for my stay they only excuse themselves because booking.com took the charge for stay I should get it from booking.com. I double checked with booking.com and booking.com confirmed hotels should provide invoice to customers. In fact at the end the charge is going be to hotel's account. The hotel staffs are not even trying to communicate with booking.com. They just say no we cannot and repeated their reply. With too small room and that location, I think it is over priced.

We got the breakfast included and it was delicious every morning. Also liked the communal kitchen, location, laundry facilities!

Clean, modern, comfortable beds, free in-room mini bar (and plenty of water), helpful front desk, and proximity to many cafes, shops, restaurants in Sinsadong/Apgujong.

Amazing staff made me feel very welcome and make me want to return. Food in restaurant is so good I ate there three times in a row.

Overall, my stay at Voco Seoul Gangnam by IHG was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was exceptional. The hotel is a short walk from Sinsa station, which allows easy access to multiple subway lines, and is within walking distance of many great shops and restaurants.

The location was absolutely perfect everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, which made exploring Seoul super convenient. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, with plenty of healthy options. The room was very clean, had a lovely view, and included everything we needed. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the entire hotel smelled fresh and pleasant.

The room was smaller than expected, especially for the price. While it was very clean and well-equipped, a bit more space would have made it more comfortable for a longer stay.

The location is formidable and my suite was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the staff friendly and the cleaning service fantastic. The diy laundry is convenient, too.

The suite sadly had a very poor view - apparently this suite has the worst views in my opinion. Lower standard rooms had fantastic views towards Namsan tower and the roads, whilst the room type I had booked (the king suite) just looks at a wall and the houses behind the hotel, and its parking lot. The wonderful bathtub that was advertised so well is just kinda for nothing… in my opinion this room is not well balanced in terms of value for money, except if you just want a large room and are fine with the lack of a good view, or don’t even want to use the tub.

Well located, new, clean,more boutique style rather that a big touristic hotel.everything in room is automated.the best breakfast we ever had in respect of quality.it was exceptional.wonderful croissants, fresh salmon and crab salad.the most delicious pineapple

The price ,the limited space of storage in room.too much electrical energy in the air you touch almost anything and a small electricity wave passes over you!!
