Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the Seoul Station. Close to local market/stores.. Clear instructions on each floors... Different levels to different street levesl.. Clean and tidy room... Good bed and like the blanket... Thanks..

Rooms too small. No iron or ironing board in room. Long waits for elevators.

It was a meh. Small rooms. Nothing special about this hotel.

Extremely pricey for what you get. The staff at the desk are indifferent. If they don't understand, and their default answer is no. When you probe or escalate the answer is quite different!!!

The location is excellent. We can reach the hotel via an underground walkway, which stays warm, which is an important advantage in cold and windy weather. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and easy to access. The room is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

It takes about a 10-minute walk to reach the hotel. When carrying suitcases, the walk can feel a bit long, but otherwise the stay is comfortable and fine overall.

The room was not clean, with obvious stains on the cabinet closest to the bed. There is no place to put more than 1 bag other than on the floor. There is a power point on one bedside table, the other side is empty and have no bedside table. So phone needs to be on the table which is across the room if the power point on the bedside table has been utilised for something else such as a CPAP machine. Windows were dirty. The breakfast spread had different steamed dumplings that were dumped on top of each other and were stuck together. For a 4 star and the price paid, I would expect more than the above.

Easy accessible to buses downstairs. Good view. Quality breakfast. Clean room. Good sized closet & drawers for unpacking.

Clear sounds of trains (our room faced the tracks of Seoul Station) can be heard day & night even from the 24th floor.

Music was way too loud in the evening dining space. The hotel needs a tiny shop where you can get a candy bar, a soda, or a bag of crisps.

Not enough room to store baggage, so we put them at the door. Minor gripe- no teaspoons for coffee and tea: I called for and went downstairs but I forgot to ask for teaspoons and got regular tablespoons. Not a problem with me, but my better half let me know of the faux pas. We survived ㅋㅋㅋ

The hotel is easily accessible from Seoul Station. There are corridors that go directly from the platform to the hotel (it takes 5-10 mins to walk). It makes a perfect hotel to stay close to the station. The room wasn't big but it worked for me. The hotel was fully booked but it was still quiet.

Not much to complain about. The hotel room feels a bit old and it feels like a standard Sheraton, so everything is a bit bland. But I valued the central location anyway, so it didn't matter in the end.

It was a good stay for a layover, close to Seoul Station. The staff were kind and room was comfortable.

While they were very friendly, I didn't feel the staff had many recommendations to give about where to go, or what to see. While it's close to Seoul Station, it was a bit of a confusing walk through the interior of the station to get to the hotel - perhaps some clear instructions before checking in would have been useful.

Room was very clean. I liked that you could walk to/from Seoul Station without even going outside! This was super helpful when it was raining. The staff were helpful and check in was smooth. Lots of things close by such as shopping and food. Very good experience doing laundry (no wait, multiple machines).

Our shower head was broken and had been taped up. I didn't say anything to reception, so they may have moved our room or done something to support the situation. The shower pressure was still great, it just sprayed the door and was a bit shaky.

We arrived early, and we appreciated that we were able to check in early. We had stayed at this hotel at the beginning of our visit to Korea and happily returned for a night before our flight out. The location near Seoul Station is very covenient to the AREX train to the airport. Our rooms were a little smaller than during our first stay, but still very clean and comfortable.

We occasionally heard noise from the hallway, but not enough to disturb us.
