The bed and pillow sheets were very dirty, we asked them to change them and they didn't. We had to complain twice for them to change them.

Location is good

I got there midnight and called receptionist.She said someone was using my room l.so I had waited20min. I was wondering why that was happened even though I already reserved and pay for it.Not only that there has no even water in the room . That’s horrible

The location is amazing, also we liked the cooking facilities.

No staff at reception, batteries in the AC remote were empty but there was no one to talk to. Bought them myself eventually.Construction was being done in the building but there was no information beforehand.

The whole hotel is under major construction. It is very dusty, noisy and uncomfortable.

This place should be unlisted as it is very dangerous and unhealthy for everyone in there.

Customer service at this hotel is awful. They don’t answer any messages, they have ignored every message we have sent them. On the narrative shown on their page in Booking, the hotel say that if you arrive late and let them know in advance, the hotel will send you the self check-in details. The hotel didn’t confirm anything to us, even we messaged them several times prior to our arrival. We arrived late and the hotel’s main door was open and non-secured. The hotel left a few room cards on a tray in the unattended Reception. When the night porter found us 30 minutes later, he said that our booking in Booking was non-confirmed, even that I showed him the confirmation from Booking that my reservation was confirmed against my credit card. He mentioned that he was leaving at 2am and the hotel door will be locked from 2am to 9am, and we could use the room card to open the hotel’s main door. When we woke up early, the hotel ‘s main door was totally unlocked and non-secured, anyone could have accessed the hotel at any time. Awful customer service. Regarding the rooms, the photos in Booking don’t match how the rooms look like in reality. Search other hotels nearby, which surely can provide better customer service and most importantly, secured premises.

Great location - very close to Seoul Station, and yet very quiet. Check in was easy, especially since I arrived after the registration desk had closed. I liked the fresh air from the window.

I couldn't get the wifi to work, despite following the instructions in my room.

Staff are polite, self-check-in and check-out are possible, location is good, 10 minutes walk to Myeongdong

No disposable slippers.

The location is perfect! Central Seoul , close by underground station.

The room in the pictures on facebook look better then in real life. The beds are ok but the room to small and the bathroom very dirty. The roll for the window falls down in the middle of the night. I report this to crew and by email but no respons. Towels to small and the bathroom smell like dirty feet. Never ever again!

The beds were firm.

They didn't want to give us the room we paid for until we pushed back and asked for a refund. Then magically it was available. It was tiny & gross. You could barely walk between the beds. The bathroom was tiny with the whower in the commode area. The kitchen and common space was horrid and smelled like rotting towels. The walls were marked up and dirty. Over all, gross.

i received an email saying to let the hotel know if i would arrive after 23. i wrote many emails and messages to the hotel asking how the late self check in would work, but in 2 days i didnt receive any info. Luckily when i arrived there the door was open and the key was on the table, but it would be nice if the hotel would reply to client's messages, i found it very unpolite.the room is very small and gives the sensation of being dirty, price a bit high but overall is ok

While this hotel offers basic, inexpensive rooms, we have never been disappointed with the service, cleanliness, and room amenities. There is power for both Korean and US gadgets. The beds are comfy. The shower room has everything you need.Great value for the money.

Close to the metro station, self check in, staff was helpful.

Room size very small, no room make up some area too dirty, bathroom quite dirty.

I liked the self service check in and out. I also liked the basement cafe that had cold water, laundry facilities and dishes.

The bathroom walls in the hotel room were see through. It made things awkward! Please make the bathroom glass more opaque.

as a student i always try to pick budget hotels but this one wasn’t worth it

everything was unclean. all of the bedsheets had stains, like not one or two but a lot of them. they might have been quite old but still, stained sheets at a hotel is not fun. there where also hairstrands everywhere and even tho the room was super small and it was like two steps from the bed to the bathroom my socks got super dirty because of the floor every day. neither me and my friend are anything like germaphobes but both of us tried to touch as little things as possible in the room since everything felt and looked dirty. i’m not the kind of person to neither review hotels nor be dissatisfied if the room isn’t spotless when it’s a budget hotel. if it was cleaner i would recommend the place but i really can’t do it when it was in that state. we really felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

a clean, quiet and cheap place in the center of seoul; can be used for budget tourists. the train station and many attractions are nearby.

the owner was not there when I came.I had luck that someone opened the door from inside and I found my keycard at the counter.So maybe try to (booking-)chat with the owner to give you his cell phone number.
