UH Suite The Seoul

The hotel is close to Seoul Station and the bus station, so it’s easy to get around anywhere.

The bathroom is a wet-type bathroom because the shower level is higher than the sink. We mentioned this to the staff, and they were very cooperative. They cleaned the unit every day, which made our stay comfortable.However, the unit felt a bit too small for a 3 bedroom, with limited space for our suitcases.

Location is excellent next to the station. You can use the elevated walkway to walk into the city. The view of the tracks and city buildings is amazing - especially by night. Great to have a dunkin donuts in the same building for a quick coffee or breakfast.

The beds are rather high and the living room not too family/toddler proof with cables, plants and pebbles/stones as decoration. But with some rearrangements of the couch, we had a nice stay and much space for our family.

It was clean and the concierge was very helpful

The tub was the feature of the room yet it occupied too much of the room space, not much space for luggage and clothes hanging

This is our second trip to Korea and we stay here both times. Location is perfect. Hotel is very clean. Hotel very accommodating. Best hotel we stay in Seoul.

Location is great, a step away from Seoul station and walking distance to Namdaemun market via skywalkway.

Room and bed is Korean size double bed, it's a tight fit for 2 persons/bed.

Wish there were complimentary tea bags and coffee in unit. There should be info that plates and pots are only available on the reception floor. Felt more like dorm rooms with communal kitchen.

Nice location, comfortable beds.

2nd bedroom has no a window.

UH Suite the Seoul is 5-10 minutes on foot from Seoul Station (Exit 3 or 15). Our 3-BR suite can fit our group of 5 persons well. The room is new and very quiet. The staff is very friendly and efficient. There are quite a number of restaurants around the corner.

No breakfast on site (but there are some cafes around the hotel that open in the morning)

The room was lovely. The location was excellent.

We were 15 minutes early for check in after a long trip and they made us wait.

The location is excellent right next to the Central Seoul train station. It’s a great alternative to traditional hotel. Our family of four were very comfortable in the suite that had two bedrooms. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Location was great - right across from the biggest train station, number of rooms were spacious for Seoul standards. The layout was narrow, but it was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen and seating area was also a huge plus and included a decent sized fridge that actually worked!

The rooms did not smell particularly clean, but we think it could have been something about the entire building? The carpet was a bit weathered, and some of the stones were falling off the sides of the seating. But, the beds were clean and the amenities were still worth the price.

The two room suite was perfect for our family of four. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Everything was clean. An excellent location right nextto Seoul station.

It was clean, it fits 6 of us. Location is very convenient just right across Seoul Station and Lotte Mall. Many restaurants around the area which are affordable. Dunkin donut is just on the entrance. Staff are very friendly.

Very nice view both in the morning and evening and in a quiet area. Easy acces to supermarket and Seoul station, which made it easy to use the public transport to reach the different attraction sights and districts.The place is decorated so you achieve a calm base when in a busy city as Seoul.

There was no forks and plates?

The staff was extremely professional and helpful. They went the extra mile to assist us with food recommendations and transportation (taxi) issues. The location and view from the room are worth a million.

The beds are pretty hard but we were so tired every night (a lot of sightseeing) so it didn’t bothers us. Also, we pointed out a few cleaning and shower (leaking into rest of bathroom) issues to the staff and they took matters seriously and fixed what they could during our stay.

Loved the aesthetic of the place and the staffs were all very friendly. We bumped on them while we were out having lunch and they recognised us and came up to say hi too!

The room we got was rather cramped for 4 people. There wasn't enough space to put our luggages so we each had to take turns opening our luggages.

The location is very good , just behind the main station of Seoul .

The cleaning of the towel is not good . One day we got the cleaned towel which had stinky smell .

Staff was friendly and the place is nice and convenient.

We would like to suggest that the apartment could put a netting on the bedroom windows. We got bitten very badly by mosquitoes. Other than that, we are happy with the stay.
