Too strict with check in. The machine let us check in 20min before & the lady agent abruptly & rudely deleted what i was doing on the machine. 10minutes later she let us check in anyway. She apologized but the way she stopped us was rude & uncalled for.

Aircon malfunctioned. had to spend a night without aircon. Room is small

Very close to Myeongdong shopping street and stores. Conveniently located near subways and airport bus stop.

Not enough storage space for luggage and clothes in the rooms.

Such a fun lobby! The hotel is in the heart of Myeongdong but just far enough away from the crowds and noise! Great shower pressure!!!

I wish the bath/shower had a curtain to keep the water from going on the floor (which has a drain!)

Location, near Myeongdong night market, but also quiet because it’s not situated in the center. Across the hotel is 7-11, and 10 minutes walk to the airport limousine station. Free breakfast was also good

Heat was auto after Nov 19 so hallways and room super hot. Luckily there was a small window I could open to cool room down

Very quite, 5 minutes walking to exit 10 & 9 of Myeongdong station. 4 minutes to myeongdong shopping street. No staff at counter but you can call them anytime and they are very helpful. We didnt hv the oppurtanity to try their breakfast though. Bed is comfortable

Staff was extremely efficient, friendly and accommodating.

Rooms are super small. No place to set suitcases. No dresser or anyplace to unpack.

Everything was great, the clean room, the comfortable bad, the futuristic design and facilities.

Good location in Myeongdong- close to the action but still a little ways from the main busy and noisy part and very close to subway station. The hotel and room were very modern and clean. Very easy self check in and out. Comfortable bed, good air conditioning, modern comforts, bath tub.

No fitness center/gym. Breakfast options were meager/limited but that seems to be standard Korean breakfast. There was no closet/storage space in the room. There was no place to store luggage or unpack belongings. There were just a few hangers where you can hang clothes by entryway.

The location was great, close to shopping and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Genie?❤️. I stayed with my little brother, and he really enjoyed the stay, which made me so happy.

Everything was perfect!

I love the stay. It's not pricey. There's bfast provided. The location was strategic, nearby to myeongdong walk street and also MRT station. Even near to Seoul Station ( 3-5min Uber ride)

As I booked a family room in level 7, the room was smaller than in the photo shown. Especially with a huge luggage. It's packed.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to the M4 metro line. (The shortest way to reach it is by taking Exit 10 and walking down the first alley on the left.) The M4 is well connected to many other metro lines and bus stops, which made getting around the city very easy.We enjoyed the view from our room—even though it was only a partial view of the tower, it was still quite nice.The front desk staff was very responsive, although communication in English could be a bit challenging at times.Breakfast was good. We especially appreciated the variety of local dishes offered daily.

We were disappointed to find that the cleaning staff had thrown away some empty cans we were collecting. We had left them on the nightstand, and when we returned one day, they were gone. This happened on our second-to-last day, so we didn’t have a chance to replace them. While they may have seemed like trash, staff should avoid touching or discarding guests’ belongings without being certain.Our room also had a very noisy A/C. While we were eventually offered a room change, we declined since we only had two nights left and didn’t want to deal with the hassle of moving all our things.Overall cleanliness could be improved. We found a previous guest’s shoelace beside one of the beds (the one near the window), and a hair tie behind the sink in the bathroom.

What we liked the most was that the property is super close to Myeongdong market and my wife basically and I usually catch some afternoon nap then go all out shopping right after until we drop. The hotel room is also spacious.

I think it goes without saying since it’s mostly a culture in Korea, we might need to get used to different types of adaptors or converters since one of the converters do not charge but it’s fine since we requested for two. Also, the walls are a bit torn already and I think because it depends on how tourists culture or value the hotel but somehow a slight wall renovation won’t hurt.

Convenient, clean. room was ready when advised. We could leave luggage while we explored on arrival and on departure.

Breakfast was unavailable before we went on a day trip to the border and they did not offer a box breakfast.

Nice hotel with perfect location, close to stores and great restaurants.

The rooms are not that big but it almost perfect

I liked the breakfast options and the cleaning service. I also liked the location.

I did not like the small space to enter the room.
