Huge bugs found in bathroom can fly

Big room not like other Asian hotels. Room cleaning was twice a day. Luxury mall located in the same building.

Small lobby, no places to wait a taxi.

The location, room decorations, how helpful the staff were.. and facilities of course

Sometimes, some bad smell was coming from the bathroom or the central condition .. not so sure, but it was a sewage smell at the early morning and late night..

air-con./heater in the room was broken and they did not change another room for me.

The location was convenient between two subway stations, most of the destinations are in acceptable distance. Two grocery stores nearby (7-11 & GS25).The staff speak English and are friendly, Chloe from the front desk was helpful and ordered me a ride, their concierge was great and modified my schedule, Geo from room service was super kind, Housekeeping were great, I really loved everything and everyone.I would definitely recommend Fairmont.

I would recommend adding more English channels, and additional Halal food.

Second visit. Great hotel, handy location for where I was working. Super friendly staff, spacious rooms. Immaculately clean.

Gorgeous hotel, smells amazing & has lots of friendly staff who all spoke perfect English. The hotel is in a great area of Seoul.

Stunning hotel. Wonderful design. Very arty. Beautifully presented. Huge rooms with amazing views. We decided to spoil ourselves by booking The Fairmont and we felt spoiled. Wonderful roof top cocktail bar. Views of the river and other sky-scrappers, very dramatic. Loved my room. The shopping plaza connected to the hotel is very classy. We spent a lot of time there and not normally my thing.

Pool and wellness suite is beautiful. Quite a few rules in order to use though.

Great location, very close to underground train stations/mall. Nice atmosphere with sophisticated structural design.

Sometimes cleaning staff misses one or two small details. Like cleaning around the basin, vacuuming certain parts of floor etc.

The bathroom structure was uncomfortable and not that clean.Even a short late check-out was not allowed.The lobby staff's phone call was unfriendly.

The location was great, walking distance to Han River, connecting to mall. Grrat view from the room, staff was superb.

The room i stayed at 26 floor had weird sound (looks like water / pipe sound). Alot of dust and bathroom equipment was not complete (there is no comb / shave).

Hotel located next to Hyundai Mall and its outskirts to the city which made the area not so rowdy.

I am really disappointed by the services of the hotel, been travelling around the world as we tried to stay in International branding hotel rather than the local brand but turns out this is exceptional disappointing. Bearing in mind that we are staying in suite, e.g inner room door spoilt, no assistance in lobby when we are pushing our luggage, called for additional pillows but got rejected, asked for additional key and turn out the access was not given to lounge and we have to get it done again, asked for room service food menu and was told to go back to room to refer to it….the list goes on…..we doubt we will go back to this hotel, we should have listened to our daughter suggestion to stay in Four Seasons when we are paying this price.

Upon arrival, the bed sheets are dirty, no house keeping service, the staff asked as to change it !! After a discussion they managed to send one of the worker to help us in changing it however he was not aware and they changed only the fitted sheet and pillows case.

Mostly the stuff was very kind the hotel very clean new and contact with mall

Fantastic location, courteous and efficient staff, comfortable room. The connection to Hyundai Mall makes it super convenient for shopping and food options.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable room, attentive staff and most convenient as it is connected to Hyundai Mall with amazing shops and food options. The hotel is between two subway stations and within walking distance to the Han Riverside. Highly recommended!

We’ve stayed at different fairmont properties but this location was a bit disappointed. No attention to details. Late response to emails and messages.
