Great location, modern, comfortable, responsive and friendly staff, great breakfast, great pool on rooftopStaff responded positively to replace all down quilts and pillows, and replaced with comfortable foam equivalent items.Really loved this place and will make it a point to come back to stay again.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The facilities were excellent, and the location was very convenient—close to the metro and surrounded by plenty of restaurants.

The only downside was the breakfast, which had limited options and could be improved. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable stay!

It’s new and clean, the room was big for family of 4.

The location is a bit far from the main area like Myeongdong.The bathroom has sewage smells when the water wasn’t in the wc.You can’t adjust the temperature in the room during winter.

I don't have anything that I don't like.

Breakfast ok - bacon usually overcooked. Eggs great. Tomato missing some days. More western type fruit would be nice but appreciate hard to do.

There are absolutely no public rooms / areas rooms where you can sit with a colleague to do some work. The meeting rooms often seem unoccupied and I think it would make sense to use some of them in a more flexible way.

The food is so limited and only suits the local although it’s an international hotel! There were no choices of halal food neither vegan !

Hotel was cleanand spacious. Great facilities with self service laundry 24 hours. Overall great place to stay!

Location is near to a subway station. Other than that, no other attractions nearby.

The location was perfect and a minute walking distance from Yangjae subway station. The staff were at all times very professional and helpful. Rooms were well air conditioned, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again as well as recommend to all.

There was no air conditioning in the hallways. The view from our room was also not so spectacular as a big half built construction building was blocking our view, however, since we were out most of the time it didn't bother us too much. It would have been lovely to have had a nicer view! We booked 2 King Rooms and expected to have 2 king size beds, however, that was not the case. We were assigned 2 rooms with 2 double beds. I am still unsure as to why it is called a King Room.

Overall, it's a nice city center type hotel: kind staff, comfortable rooms and a vibrant location right in the heart of Gangnam. It's the right type of place to stay at if you're mostly using it to spend the night cause you're busy out and about during the day. I was too busy during my stay, so I didn't get to try the rooftop pool or the hotel's restaurant and cafe. But everything looked very inviting, so I'd definitely be happy to go back there and give those a shot.

I had a bunch of loud neighbours, so I wondered if maybe there could be better acoustic isolation. Or maybe the neighbours were simply too loud (which was probably the case).I wasn't crazy about the breakfast - don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad at all. But I've been extremely impressed with certain breakfasts in other hotels and this one was simply good, but not amazing, to my taste.Also, a total detail but still: I was a bit bummed that the majority of TV channels were local ones. Sometimes, as I go to bed, I like to have the TV running and maybe catch a TV show or a movie or some other form of entertainment to put me to sleep. But there wasn't really a "cable TV" type of system, it was mostly local channels and then just a few international ones, so that really didn't get the job done for me. Again, a detail, but a nice little one to have.

Very large, well-appointed room with a great view. Good bathroom and a rooftop pool as well. Location is very handy for the metro.

Some more attention to detail for the price would be helpful. Our room key was only authorised for one night instead of the two we had booked - small issue but annoying when I got stuck outside the room and had to go to reception dressed for the swimming pool. Had to call to get bin emptied as this wasn’t done during room clean, but to be fair cleaner quickly rectified and brought extra water. Location is very handy for metro but a bit far if you want to walk to central Gangnam.

The staff were incredible, such a big sized room, accommodated 4 people in one room which was amazing, the buffet was delicious and clean, incredible stay. Definitely will come back.

We love it's location. It is near the subway and bus stops, as well as some shopping stores. They were very responsive to our requests, like bathroom refill.

Just that no dental kit, which is actually part of a city ordinance. Other than that, no more.

The lobby staff very friendly, perfect location and lot restaurants nervy cafes and stations so easy to transfer to another areas of the city. I will recommend this hotel . And I love Korea ?

The AC it wasn’t working at this time because the weather at night the temperature dropped. So understand it. But for me was fine .

Property was super clean and the staff members were outstanding. The location was the best which was closed to the subway and many buses available.

Everything was perfect!
