Noble tourist hotel Insadong

Was always clean, and nothing was ever a hassle.

Sometimes the bathroom light would turn itself off. Not really that bad, but kind of freaky when taking a shower and the lights just randomly shut off.

The staff was kind and very helpful to me. I forgot to print my boarding pass, and the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to let me use his computer to print it out. Totally saved my day!

The location was great – it's walkable to many nearby shops, MANY cafes, transit stations, the airport limousine bus, and other attractions. I also felt it was very safe, even as a solo traveller returning in the evenings. The wi-fi worked well and the staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Good location to get buses and metro. The best thing we found was the proximity to catch the hop on hop off bus. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We found the two single beds too hard.

Layout of the room and bathroom are nice, kettle and fridge are prepared.

Perhaps the side and table and chairs making the room a bit cramp but is still fine.

This is the 3rd time in this hotel and we enjoy so much everytime. The staff always welcome us warmly and smiling and helping for everything. We will definitively come back if we have the chance. The room was perfect and the location is great, we like the area with a cafe and a convenient store just beside the hotel.

This is our second time in this hotel and we have nothing more to add, was as good as the first time. The room was even bigger, really quiet, warm shower and the room was also warm. The personnal were good and even recognise us ?

The room was old style, small, bit noisy from road and cold at night.

Lovely clean facilities with very attentive staff - nice room facilities and great location and area, great location and very close to public transport and the airport bus.

The bed/pillows was a little bit hard, but you got used to it.

The hotel is closed to a subway station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were complementary water and instant coffee in the room. The front desk was always available to help and cleaning staff were also very friendly.

The window was facing a wall so the room didn't have a view and sometimes it felt a little dark.

Close to metro and bus station(bus 6011 from/to airport leaves you 1-2mins away from the hotel), clean, good value for the money, spacious room, komibi 24/7 right in front of the hotel, housekeeping everyday

Very good location, walking distance to the palaces and food streets. Room was quiet at night, nice staff, laundry available. No problem checking in or out. Free water was provided. The room had charging cables for all common phones, which was very nice. Instant coffee was provided in the room. Good for a short stay.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly when I received the room, there was a stain on the towel and someone's fake eyelashes on the toilet. Gross. The bed was very hard, but my sleep was ok.

The Hotel location is excellent as its really close to Anguk station and Chandeokgung palace. Even though the hotel is close to a major tourism site, the hotel was in a quiet area. The staff were really helpful even before I came to Seoul. They were prompt in replying to my messages. Staff even sent detailed instructions on which airport bus to take and where to get off. Staff also helped me do the laundry and gave me instructions on operating the washing machine and dryer. The washing machine and dryer are excellent. The room is pretty spacious with ensuite toilet of a good size. The room is cleaned and made up every day. There is a convenience store next to the hotel and close to major tourist destinations like Bukchon Hanok village, Gyeongbokgung palace.

- The flush in the toilet didn’t work, but the staff was cooperative (they offered us to fix it in the morning or and in case it doesn’t work - move us to another room); luckily we managed to fix it ourselves - View from window was to a concrete brick wall

Good Hotel and very close with Palace area. It's very easy to take the bus 6011 to/from Airport.Bus stop is only 200 m. from the hotel. There's CU in front of the hotel and it open 24 hrs. I arrive hotel on 13.00 and they allow us to make the early check in. Staff's very kind and helpful. I'm very enjoy to stay here.

There's only one pillow per bed and it's a bit inconvience to use. (too soft , too flat)

Very convinient to metro, bus and airport bus right there, staff very helpfull.

Good price, amazing location, all necessary amenities provided. Staff working there is very nice. It's right across the street from one of the palaces. Was always lovely to walk by every morning.

Seoul is loud even at night, so it's better to have earplugs. rooms are small, but more than enough space for one person.

The room is well equipped and Brad at the réception was very welcoming and friendly. The location is great, close to Changdeok palace, bukchon area and Insadong. Lots of restaurants around.

The bed is a bit hard, it seems it is a standard in Korea, and the room is quite small but fit the photos of the description.
