Room was spacious. Staff is helpful and there is airport bus nearby a few minutes away. Convenient location near the 5 line and there is a department store and restaurants nearby.

Relatively large location so breakfast can be a bit crowded but seats open up quickly. The conditioner dispenser dispensed product in the tiniest slivers so it was hard to use.

I always look forward to the breakfast served, especially the yogurt. It is so yummy! And all the different types of banchans are amazing! The location is excellent! Very close to Singil Station and big department stores. Having a convenience store right next door and a lovely park close by makes the stay even better.

The only complaint is how the elevators operate. I waited over 10 minutes to get on the elevator when I left the hotel at 10 am. I almost was late for my appointment for that. I wish the staff can be a little more friendlier.

Check-in process was smooth and easy, staffs are all helpful and we get to keep our storage for 4 days before finally coming back to Seoul and stay here again. Breakfast provided was enough. Room was enough for 2, although with 2 big luggages can be quite tight. You got basic amenities in the room, they also provided tea, soap, pajamas and skin care free at the lobby.

The elevator ride especially in the morning, can be quite crowded and it is annoyingly stops on every single floor.

Breakfast was good. There were many choices

We struggled with the heating and cooling. When we got there, the room was way too hot for us. We couldn't turn down the heat, but finally got it turned off. Then the room got cooler through the night, and we couldn't get it warm again. We ended up just turning it on and off to regulate the heat.

The staff were easy to talk to and work with, even if they aren’t fluent in English. The place has a homey feel, so staying longer won’t make you feel homesick.

They provide free coffee and water, and prepare a healthy breakfast. The entire hotel is very clean. They also conduct daily cleaning and change the towels, which is not common in other accommodations. The hotel also has access to nearby subway and bus stations. ?

The 4 elevators worked bad.

The place is clean and the process of checking in and out is easy and convenient. Fresh towels were provided to us everyday. It has enough elevators that adds to mobility. The place is also accessible and within reasonable distance from the subway/metro station (Singil, Exit 3).

Amazing, worth 10/10 for so many reasons: I love the bathtub, cleanliness, affordable price and breakfast. The bed was comfortable and bed sheets very clean. Good affordable price.l for exceptional quality. Nice working space. Many clean mirrors and hooks for clothes. Many channels on the TV. Nice window view. Loved the presence of a safe and a clean small silent fridge with mini freezer. The two bottles of water helped a lot. I loved the attention to detail, the shoe wipes and things to help putting the shoes on, the presence of a clothes line to dry the towels, I liked the clean bathroom curtain. I loved the Japanese toilet with heating and how clean the bathroom was. Easy check in and check out, very polite reception staff. The staff at breakfast thanked the customers together in unison, was powerful and very heartwarming and touching, very pleasant and surprising for a customer coming from outside Asia. It almost brought a tear to my eye how beautiful the Japanese culture is and how I wish the entire world was a little bit more like Japan and its culture and way of behaving socially. Also, the breakfast had many choices and was very delicious. Such an amazing experience and I would love to come back every time I am in Seoul.

Five things that could easily be improved (I hope it is constructive and can help you): 1.The ventilation system near the entrance door was very loud and we could not switch it off to not hear that loud sound (the most inconvenient of all five).2.Carpet floor smelled dusty. It was vacuumed but needs a shampoo to remove the dusty smell.3.On the heating function, the air conditioner gave out a very bad smell similar to breathing the dusty carpet floor (2nd most inconvenient of all 5).4. WIFI would be great if it was fast on the 16th floor but it worked very well so I was happy, I think it was less than 3 or 5 MBps, too slow I could not measure the speed on speedtest. So WIFI call was not of good quality, other person could not hear me well.5. If the guest says they are coming out in 10 minutes, the cleaning lady should not storm inside and open the door wide when the guest was already politely saying they were leaving. If the guest was not answering, I could understand. I put the metal lock on, even before she knocked on the door, so I heard the strength at which the cleaning lady was pushing the door to get inside, it was not soft. It was only a few minutes past 10am. One wonders if the safe is really safe.These small inconveniences represented 10%, but 90% was flawless and so amazing. It is a very very good accommodation, I would recommend it to anyone.

Very small rooms , no dresser to put your clothing. It might not be a problem for others . Personally I don’t like to live out of the suitcase

I can accept that I am early but I have never once experienced such strict rules.> If you opt for cleaning you cannot be in your room from 10am to 3pm which is too strict, fortunately I said no to cleaning.> Breakfast ends at 9:30 am which to me seems fairly early, I admit this is personal preference. When I went down for breakfast at 9am it was extremely crowded.

A little bit hard on where to put my big luggage since there’s no luggage space in the room.

This hotel is tiny and comfort. Could access from Incheon Airport by airport bus and walk about 500m. In case of travel within Seoul you could access by Purple line subway or many buses. I stay for 2 nights, first breakfast is very good but second breakfast is not good. The staff is also helpful. There is a complimentary water and ice on ground floor, including coffee after 10 am.

The breakfast was very delicious. The room was up to standard. Towels were changed every day. Travel was convenient. Everything was very good. You can take the airport bus to the hotel and walk for about 10 minutes to the hotel. There are many restaurants on the opposite side. There is a convenience store near the hotel. It is convenient to travel out of the city.

The price was decent and it was kind of tucked away on a busy corner.

The price was comparable with other nicer hotels. The room was really outdated and had 1 pillow. I asked the front desk for an extra pillow and they told me I had to come down to get it right after asking if I needed extra towels which was so odd. I was there for a skin treatment so I wanted comfort and this was not it. I changed hotels and lost one night from this place.
