Price, location and cleanliness

Lobby is a bit dated

Modern well-maintained property at a convenient location.

Room has big refrigerator with freezer. I enjoyed it much. Since, it was long stay (2 weeks), it was very convenient to store lots of different drinks and food that I bought from nearby shops and traditional market.

The bathroom should be improved. The tiles inside of the shower booth had crack and moldy sealing.

The location was good. It was close to the subway and there was an airport bus right outside the hotel.

The staff at the reception was not very welcoming at check-in. He had a blank stare the entire time. The A/C, heating temp control system did not work so it was either hot & stuffy or cold.

Trash in the halls. Hotel under construction. I did not receive the features I paid for. 50% of the breakfast I paid for was rancid/spoiled.

Staff spoke English, they were extremely helpful and answered all our questions.

No microwave, it is definitely a must have.

Got an upgrade. A very quiet corner room. Staffs English is good. Convenient with airport shuttle nearby.

Taking a subway with luggage was a challenge as there was a lot of stairs in the subway stops. Took some time to find the hotel as the nearest exit was not near the main road where the hotel was.

This was definitely not a four star hotel. There was no microwave at all. And the bathroom was horrible. The tile job in the shower was poorly done and the it had mold on the grout. I would not stay here again or recommend it to another person.

The water pressure was too low.

Very week tap water pressure. It takes forever to take shower.

Near to the bus and metro. Beautiful and clean hotel. Big room spaces.

Staff was friendly

It has a worn feeling and wasn't very well cared for. There were fake eyelashes on our teakettle and hairs in the bathroom and nightstand.

Nice big spaces for 3 people. Close to DDp and easy access to subway a b d bus. Only less 2 minutes from airport bus stop

Breakfast are a little disappointing.

Excellent location, and super courteous staff. Rooms were very clean and they changed the sheets often during our 20 day stay. Loved that Bus 6001 from ICN airport takes you right to the hotel (Baiton Hotel ? next door)

Sewer gas smell on bathroom was awful. They do not use p-traps in their sinks, so we had to stuff the overflow drain with paper and keep the drain closed and the shower drain blocked with a wet towel. (Search reviews for “smell” and you will see several comments).

Good price for a big room comfortable room . Good location (just 10/15 minutes walking or 5 minutes by suyway) to meyondong

Room felt a bit dirty (stinks in the wall and curtains) but bathroom was clean. Stuff at the reception don’t speak English well

The bathroom could be updated, more so the shower area. Everything else was wonderful!

There was nothing I didn't like. As a foreigner, I struggled with reading/using the remote and t.v. because it was all in Hangul.
