Front desk gentleman is very friendly. Room is clean and enough space.

When got to the there was the heavy scent from the can of bug spray that was in the room. 2 lights didn’t work, 1 outlet didn’t work, a door lock didn’t work and big gap between floor and bottom of the door

The rooms were cleaned daily. Hotel centrally located. There are shops and restaurants nearby. And the subway and buses are close.

One of the bed glide was broken

Room was Old and very outdated, when we tried to open the window (slide the window) it just fall down, also their AC is “inverted “ meaning it will take a while for it to start cooling down

Very good value for money and an exceptionally nice reception. Parking underneath the hotel turned out to be free. Lots of places for food and coffee in the direct neighbourhood.

Modern spacious room and washroom. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good lively location surrounded by restaurants, bakeries and convenience stores.

No breakfast offering. A bit pricey but probably the most affordable for the location (Yeouido)

10min walk to train & bus station However it takes like 40min to get to the main attractions & centers

-This hotel gives of spooky vibes. Dark. Old. Lots if spider webs . -my room had sink leaking constantly ?-super dark & depressing I tried my best to be out of the room.

The toilet was electronic, it was close to both the Hangang stretch and the station I guess.. Oh and an olive-young round the corner.

THE HOTEL IS OLD! REALLY REALLY OLD! Look, South Korea is not that old as a country, but this place felt good 40 years. They should probably demolish this place soon as it is standing on it's last two legs. The room felt like no one stayed in it for the past few years. Every thing you could imagine was old, the bathroom reminded me of Saw the movie (lookup Bathroom Trap). It was a very uncomfortable 7-8 hours we spent as we were waiting for our layover, but hey, at least it was a roof over our heads, right..?

Great location, great reception and staff

The carpet from the lift was dirty, dirty used pillow cases, the sewage system was smelly

The manager was very friendly and took his time to speak with us when we were seated in the lobby

The fridge was quite noisy, so i couldn’t fall asleep to be honest.

not clean, the smell in the room is awful. the light is quite dark so it feel scary. i didnot even use the bathroom. i cannot sleep at night so I check out at 6am to go to the airport. cant stay longer.

No breakfast service. Explanation was that it was due to covid restrictions, but other hotels were providing breakfast service in the same period.

The location cannot be beat!

The quality of the rooms are quite uneven. This is the second time I visited Kobos Hotel and the first time the experience was amazing. Room was so cozy and wonderful so I booked the exact same room again but this time the room was old and needed to be renovated. If you get the newly renovated rooms the experience is amazing.
