Four Points by Sheraton Josun, Seoul Myeongdong

the staffs are good, the room overall is nice but it’s looks old and the bathroom doesn’t look clean. Very pricey

Only that they don’t provide amenities suck as toothbrush, comb etc.

Temperature in the room was ridiculously hot! Even when you lower the temp at the thermostat.

Convenient. Hotel is located in front of Euljiro 3-ga subway station Exit 12 and Airport Bus 6015 bus stop Euljiro 2(i)-ga (Pine avenue).

There are only 3 lifts serviced the hotel. Need to wait for a while to get to the lobby.Room air conditioning is centralised controlled. Tried to adjust the temperature control without success. Only found out it is centralised control when rang the front desk.

Location.

The elevators. Not only not enough, but they are not sincronizad. Sometimes we waited .a long time and then an elevator on both sides came. Then it would stop in almost every floor and in many cases the people had already taken the other elevator because they also called both

Fantasttic stay however I was very close to the elevator so i could hear it at night but other than that it was amazing.

Everything was close to perfect. I would most certainly recommend this location to others. Right near everything you need for a first visit to seoul!

I like how conveniently the hotel is located near the subway station (literally across the street from the hotel entrance) & many food places and shopping to choose from. I like that they had a couple of restaurants in the hotel (I liked the Korean BBQ place on the 2nd floor) oh, and most importantly, how convenient it was to catch the limousine bus to the airport. I would love to stay here again.

There wasn’t much to hate about the property other than the rooms were a little small but everything else was fine.

The beds were very comfortable with plush bedding. It was in a great location with both a bus and subway stop in front as well as ATMs located across the street. The breakfast buffet was amazing, countless choices of traditional and western foods.

The elevator was a disaster in the mornings and early evenings. Once our tour left 15 minutes late because one person couldn’t get an elevator down. We took the stairs from the 8th floor, but he was on the 12th. Plus, it had a weight limit so people often had to get off again or it wouldn’t move.

Ok, but this location is not up to sheraton standards.

The room was a bit run down. The sheet blocking the shower window was falling off. The floor was coming up in a spot. An outlet was broken. There was only limited light in the bathroom. But the worst was that the elevators were not working properly. I had to wait longer than 10 minutes more than once. However, the bed was very comfortable.

The metro was right outside the door which is great after a long day of walking the last thing you want to do is keep walking from the station to the hotel, they also give us a better room facing the Seoul tower!

It didn’t had seating in the first floor, that would be convenient to have a coffee at the Starbucks in the lobby

the location is perfect and very convenient,,i also booked with the namsan view so it’s was great.the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Location, the staff was super friendly. Room was very big. Beds comfortable.

Elevators are super packed and we had to wait a lot to get downstairs. We had booked a room with a view and they gave us one on the sixth floor. In the end it turned out for the best because we were nearer the ground floor so it was faster to get out on the street.

The location is good - metro is very close and Myuongdoen area with restaurants and shops

The breakfast was decent, the coffee on breakfast could be better. I do not find this option value for money

Everything was perfect. We came here after cancelling a stay that didn't satisfy us. For a minor extra cost, we got much more and much better: great location, quiet, comfortable, ample, with all facilities and amenities needed. Top stay.

Location is great

We stayed for 5 days and spotted a cockroach crawling in the room. It was a shock to find cockroach at the 4-star hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel—everything was simply excellent. The biggest highlight is the unbeatable location. It’s right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions on foot or by public transport. You really can’t ask for a better base for your trip.The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with modern touches and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I appreciated the overall efficiency and attention to detail.Even without breakfast, the convenience of nearby cafes and bakeries made it a non-issue. Everything you need is just steps away.If I could give more than 10 stars, I would. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality, comfort, and a central location
