Breakfast was much better quality than the complimentary breakfasts you get in the US. The staff was kind and attentive. The room and bathroom were clean and good size for the price point. The location is exceptional.

The beds were horrific. Both beds were the most uncomfortable mattresses I have slept on in decades. I could barely walk in the morning my back was so stiff. The mattresses must be replaced. They are ancient over-worn mattresses. The fact that the mattresses remain in the rooms is a reflection of poor ownership of the hotel. The bidet requires routine and thorough cleaning. I tried using the bidet once and immediately stopped because of the smell originating from the nozzle.

Rooms and bathroom were clean, provided us with bottles of water daily and staff were helpful. It was close to subway station and a lot of restaurants and convenient stores in the area.

Breakfast could be more varied and more option could be offered. They did not change our mugs everyday.

I think there are better options of hotels and I recommend to pay a little extra for the comfort.

The breakfast was horrible and unfortunately the room was very hot and humid. It was clean though. I do not recommend staying there if you want a nice breakfast in the morning as even shops around open pretty late. The fitness center is very small, hot and humid and the machines may be broken or too old to use.

The bed in very uncomfortable and the carpet is dirty. Also, the heater is very noisy.

The location is great, close to the airport with many restaurants outside. The breakfast had quite a good selection for vegetarians, but not the international standard I would expect from a hotel at this price.

It was noisy in the streets, and the hotel didn't have double glazing. For the price, it seemed shabby. The furniture was old and chipped.

How conveniently it is located

Everything else. The smell. The smell. The smell. Molds in the bathroom. The carpet that was never cleaned. Tons of mosquitos at night time. It felt nasty and horrible.

The hotel is conveniently located near an underground train station with connections to both Gimpo and Incheon airports. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars right on the first floor (the hotel is on the 7th floor), not to mention an entire block filled with dining and nightlife options. The room was spacious. There’s a lovely park within walking distance.

The hotel is located quite far from the city center.Toiletries were not included and had to be purchased (though I believe this is required by law now), but we were informed about this in advance.The bathroom door was made of glass and was very difficult to open.There was no bath mat in the bathroom.

Breakfast was good, location was good in the sense that it was very close to a metro station, staff was nice, room was nice and clean.

It was pretty noisy outside in the evening and until early in the morning and we could hear everything from our room despite asking for a quiet room. We spent our entire days walking and sightseeing so we were so tired when we came back to the hotel we were still able to sleep but if you’re a light sleeper it might be an issue.

I am not hard person but it was really bad.Noisy location weather was really hot but air conditioner just work with heater window is very small to change weather.nothing was inside room even soap and for any thing you should ask also they sell you bath kit that it should be inside room and charge every day.but they say it's because of environment that is not true it's for money..not very clean not very new and breakfast was very simple and some thing was spoiled look like kimchi and tomato....if you are single person just for spend night there it's good not more.

Great sized room. The price was not bad as well. I found to bed comfortable which was great. Daily fresh towels, bottles water and rubbish collection. Hotel is 5 minute walk to the Balsan metro station on Line 5.

Bear in mind that it does take a while to get around via metro from this location and it does require you to do some hopping between metro lines. Our air conditioning after 2 nights stopped working. It was unable to be fixed and he were given a fan in place of it.

I chose the hotel for its proximity to KBS Arena as I wanted to be near to the concert venue and it definitely fits my own purpose. Very short commute to the venue (it's 2 bus stops away, and the bus stops are just a couple of mins walk away or just about 6,000 won taxi ride per way). The area is lively so it feels safe even late at night. Plenty of eateries, cafes, convenience shops and malls around so there's always something to do. I like that there's a CU downstairs like directly connected to the hotel, so it's very convenient. The room that we stayed in was comfortable enough for the two of us, everything was just perfect. i was actually expecting the bed to be uncomfortable based on some reviews i read but it is definitely unfounded. and eventhough the hotel is far from central, we still found it easy to go around (we mostly travel by bus, and it takes like 30-40 minutes to hongdae area, which is good enough)

Just for the record, these things did not really bother me, but I just wanted to let people know what to expect. 1) Breakfast is adequate enough but could have been better with more choices or alternatives from day to day basis but like i said i did not bother me because it was good enough just to fill up our stomachs for the early part of the day before we start our day. 2) the noise level could bother you if you are a light sleeper but it did not bother us at all. We were so tired from all the tours that we slept through the night anyway. and just to let you know what to expect, it's not exactly really loud noise but more like echoes from outside but it's not like loud loud. definitely not bothersome as some reviews made it out to be.

Passable

The LOUD construction noises at 7 am without any notice from the front desk when we checked in was not appreciated at all. It was impossible to sleep and we landed late that night so, no rest was possible.

All the staff members were extremely polite and helpful! The hotel itself was extremely clean and comfortable!

Good location. Easy to get to Gimpo Airport by public transport. Only 10-15 minutes by bus. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area.

The entry is quite off putting. Reception is on the 7th floor. The ground floor area was messy and dirty with many items from the shops on the ground floor. Hotel is fine when you get to reception.

-we stayed in three different hotels during few nights, we can´t recall anything special worth mentioning in positivesabout hotel Mfelice, good standard (easily forgetable) with few flaws

-could you, please, stop giving people breakfast coupons, this is not issue only in this hotel but also in many others in South Korea, just ask guests their room number and that´s it, breakfast coupons are just meaningless wasting of the paper + the whole concept is really dumb-bad sound isolation (hotel stands in a lively street, don´t count on anything like "curfew") -we had a problem finding this hotel because map showed it in a bit different position than it really is + it´s not really visible if you don´t know what you´re looking for, the reception is on the 7th floor (it´s better during night, when their sign glows in the dark)
