I like that it was clean, location was perfect (easy 10 min walk to Coex mall), service was impeccable . Everyone from the bell service to the concierge, reception and the duty manager were very willing to please and go above and beyond what is expected to delight the guest.

One of the most beautiful and memorable hotels my husband and I have ever stayed in — a perfect choice for our honeymoon!The hotel is located in the heart of Seoul, with many malls, cafés, and restaurants just steps away. The location made it so easy to explore and enjoy the vibrant city around us.From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The check-in and farewell experiences were both exceptional. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, and the room was incredibly comfortable and peaceful — making our stay truly relaxing.The breakfast buffet was delicious, diverse, and beautifully presented. As a special honeymoon gesture, the hotel treated us to premium chocolate and a traditional Korean drink, which we truly appreciated.Thank you, Park Hyatt Seoul, for making our honeymoon so special. Highly recommended for couples or anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Seoul.

Location and rooms. I stayed here 10 years ago and the hotel is extremely well maintained.

Transferring lifts from lobby to rooms were a hassle.

I recently stayed at Park Hyatt Seoul for 9 nights, booking one of their suites with the expectation of a peaceful, luxurious experience. Unfortunately, what I received was far from the standard one would expect from a Park Hyatt property.After confirming my reservation and paying a premium, I was informed—via a generic note—that there would be elevated noise levels due to nearby underground construction. This important detail was not shared prior to booking, which feels incredibly misleading.Despite voicing my concerns, the hotel offered no meaningful compensation, upgrade, or gesture of goodwill. For a long-term guest in a high-end suite, this lack of consideration was deeply disappointing.The Park Hyatt name carries a reputation for refined service and guest care, but this experience fell short on both. I strongly urge future guests to check about the ongoing construction before booking—and reconsider if you're expecting peace and quiet.

Comfortable room.

Elevators - one needs to go to top floor each time to connect with rooms or breakfast area. Food - options in hotel are limited as LL bar is not accessible for dinner for families.

Massive construction work kills hotel access, endless waiting for the lifts, allocated poor rooms on low floors not close to each other despite requesting long in advance (apparently more chance if you don't use Booking!)

The entire experience of this stay was wonderful. The staff were all and all the time very helpful, respectful and smiling, at any location, either behind the check-in/check-out desks, in the restaurants/bars, in the entrance foyer for managing the arrivals/departures of the guests...The rooms were considerably larger than average, very well decorated, efficiently furnished. The daily cleaning was done very well according to the standards of a 5-stars hotel. The bar (The Timber House) which could be considered as a restaurant as well was providing a great new experience. A little expensive, but the service and food/drink qualities worth the money.

The main restaurant had a very limited fix 3-5 courses menu (at least for lunch). When asked for "a la cart" menu, they told us we can select from the items on the fix menu, but at the end for 2 courses out of a 5 course meal, they charged me for the entire menu which was not nice!I did not use the breakfast during the stay, so cannot comment on it; but general perception of a ~CHF 35 (around 50'000 Korean Won) price tag for breakfast per person looks too high (even though we had higher prices in 5-start hotels somewhere else).The noise from the street during (almost all the time) was high, which is something mentioned by the hotel itself.

The room is big and new and clean. The service is superb. The underground station is right in front of the hotel.

You have to transit at the lobby before you go to the room. The gym’s shower is not available for the guests. I ran the treadmill and have to go back to the room to change for swimsuit and go back to swim. Quite inconvenient.

The room was excellent and attractive. It was very clean. The concierge staff were very helpful and attentive.

I asked for an early check in due to my flight. I had a response agreeing to that which magically disappeared when i arrived. My room was not ready until 6pm! Very poor given the expense of the room. I was given a temporary room but I wanted to unpack. The reception staff often did not appear to understand me. The service at reception was only okay. I normally stay at the IHG but unfortunately it was fully booked due to Frieze and Kiaf. The lift system was annoying. The breakfast on Level 2 was not great relative to expense of the hotel.

Great staff and loved The Timber Room and the room service was great. Great views and very clean. Incredibly kind and courteous staff from valets to check in and cleaning staff. Great ssamgyupsal restaurant around the corner and Bas Burger! Hyundai Mall and Koex across the street. Vibrant and great neighborhood

Construction out front (not the fault of the hotel), very small entrance to check in lobby which is on the 24th floor. Having to go up and then down to guest rooms but the staff gave me a card key to access room directly from lobby, which was much appreciated as I am recovering from spinal surgery and had a mobility scooter

The room was spacious and comfortable with nice view since I booked the higher floor. Everything we need has been provided in the room.

The elevator ride to get to our room isn’t so convenient, but bearable.

The room was brilliant and I loved the aesthetic. Additionally very close to the station.

They don’t have toothbrushes and you have to pay to get one.
